Great location, nice staff, but terrible condition and not clean. Bathroom was not cleaned and had hair and nasty everywhere. The glass or cup in the room was used and the floor had not been or never been vacuumed. Drapes were falling off and broken despite being an easy fix with a little effort. Also, staff smokes at the front door all day and smoke went right into our room.

Struttura in posizione strategica vicino al centro storico. Mancano i servizi in camera: Non puliscono la stanza e non cambiano le tovaglie. Non ho trovato nemmeno la carta igienica e il sapone, ma l'inconveniente è stato risolto prontamente.

Sessiz ve sakin bir yerde, baş çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde güzel bir oteldi. Klima olmaması haricinde başka bir eksik göremedim. Resepsiyondaki görevli kadınlar çok güzeldi ve güler yüzlüydüler. İyi bir deneyimdi. Bir daha gidersem yine orda kalırım.

Very dirty, no parking they will move your car on local streets ,my car got damaged and their answer was" we are not responsible for cars", should not advertise parking then. Avoid this place!

First night no hot water, no TV in the room and no air conditioner in the room. 95F temperature outside and you walk in the room 120F inside.We couldn’t get a good sleep because is to hot. I have paid for 4 nights but we had to leave one night before because is to hot in the room.

La cosa migliore è la posizione a 200 mt dalla piazza centrale e Sebilj, anche se Google Maps dà le indicazioni sbagliate e mi ha costretto a fare un po' di strada contromano... Per il prezzo può andare, ma non c'è ne aria condizionata né un museo ventilatore e a Sarajevo quando fa caldo... Sul pavimento del bagno c'era un pezzo di vetro e l'ho schivato per poco, a piedi nudi uscendo dalla doccia (senza cabina né tenda ) le tende oscuranti delle finestre erano ammucchiate nell'armadio. Non c'era carta igienica, sono andati a comprarla la mattina dopo al vicino market. Il personale molto gentile.

Hotel location is very good, about 5 min from the Bascarsija square. Supermarket is around the corner and 2 blocks away there is a bakery that prepares pizza at night. The room was noisy since it was pointing to a street with traffic. There was no A/C so I had to keep my windows open during the day. Bathroom was clean, there was a breakfast (had to pay). In Bascarsija is the tram station that takes you near the train and bus station. It stops in front of the US Embassy. Trams start running at 0500.

Small hotel in the heart of old town (area known as Kovaci) Not your Holiday Express but location is what matters in Sarajevo. Lovely receptionist. They have sort of valet parking lot, so you will leave keys at 24 hrs reception

The country is in its infancy with tourism so services are limited. This hotel had no TV no AC but is inexpensive like most accommodation here. Clean but they didn't replenish toilet paper when asked. A little noisy from outside and inside.

As a disclaimer, I knew I was going to arrive late, so called ahead to let the hotel know. They admitted they did not have space for me but assured that they would be able to manage the reservation. I arrived around 0300 in the morning and was directed to Hotel Hayat (partner of Hotel Begic). The parking area was full and I therefore had to go and find an alternative in the city instead. Once checked in, the room seemed alright but was on the third floor (no lift) and half the lights and plug sockets did not work. In the morning, the problems with the bathroom became evident; it was impossible to use the toilet without sitting down, the sink was leaking and the shower tray was not fit for use. The staff on-site tried hard to be helpful and I hate writing bad reviews but there were just a few too many things that went wrong here and I was lucky it was only a two-night trip. Good points: location, 24-hour reception Bad points: very limited parking, bad condition of room/toilet, attic rooms with little space to stand It could be that Hotel Begic itself is in much better condition but the reservation was severely mismanaged and it was not the greatest experience possible.

Kaldığım en kötü otellerden sonda ikinci. Tuvalet kağıdı bile koymamışlar. Şampuan falan söylemeye gerek yok. Çift kişilik yatak yerine tek kişilik yataklı oda verildi. Hayatımda gördüğüm en küçük tek kişilik yatakdı. Otopark var deniyor. Otelin önündeki daracık sokağa girebilirseniz anahtarı otele bırakmak şartıyla park edebilirsiniz. Geri geri çıkmasını ayrıca düşünün.

No parking normally, no toilette paper, no shampoo or anything else. We wanted double bed but we found separete beds that I have never seen something small an uncomfortable like this before. The heaters were turned off.

The hotel manager was very nice and helpful. Allowed me to check-in before time and also dropped me at the train station the following day.

Excellent people and staff

Property is a bit outdated, however it is very close to attractions.
