The location in right in the old town. Less than a 10 min walk to the main square. I loved the way the room was decorated (I had the room with the terrace). The power in the shower was really good, would definitely stay here again on my next visit insha'Allah.

Asked for a twin room, was given a double. When bought up with the lady at reception- she merely brushed it off as a slight inconvenience; she persistently asked why myself and my guest couldn’t just share a double bed: which made us feel VERY uncomfortable. We then had to suggest putting a sofa bed in the room, which we were told would be fully made up when we returned for the night, we returned and no sofa bed was made up; so I had to sleep on a sofa bed with no covers and bedding- NOT VERY hygienic at all. Overall a nice hotel but service has left a very bad impression.

On hindsight, this room is a very expensive option. I could have walked into the Marriott hotel here I have found out, and got a room for less, where I would have been able to shower standing up straight and go to the loo without piercing myself on the sharp corner of the vanity basin. THEN the property charged me an extra $10 for 3 nights stay for some local tax on top of what I had already paid (they really should have covered this given their inflated prices compared to proper hotels). Yes the bed was comfy and it is a fabulous location and the staff are friendly. But it’s a loft room, it’s impossible to shower and I believe, overpriced.

Convenient location, parking on premises, comfortable/clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast...all was great!

no have star hotel facilities such as bathroom sets ,water, tea and coffee, sleeper but i thinked its new may be in feature will be better

An excellent hotel, well placed and with friendly helpful staff.

Bad stench from toilet/bath in my room. The management has to overcome this immediately. Location is uphill, so the walk to the hotel is quite tiring to be honest. Otherwise spacious, clean room. Comfy bed. Good choice of breakfast.

The room was dirty and the bathroom had nothing more than toilet paper and liquid soap. The attention wasn’t great either. The swimming pool was pretty cold. It’s more a 3 or 2 star hotel...

really nice place to stay. a few communication issues at the start as the property had issues with email, but those communication issues put the hotel out, not us. everyone there was really kind, the room was clean and comfy, was a good location - would definitely stay there again :)

Clean modern room, good central location, friendly helpful staff.

Apartment room was very comfortable and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Superb condition. Staff was very friendly. 5 minutes waling to Sarajevo Old Town. Very convenient.

Excellent boutique hotel, close to center,hot buffet breakfast included. Quite location.

Beautiful room, close enough to old town to walk, though there is a hill. There is parking but it's an interesting experience to get the car in and out, so be comfortable in tiny lanes.

We (family of four) had stayed at this place for a week this past summer. Although they were in construction, we had no issue whatsoever. They worked on hotel expansion during the day when we were mostly out. Hotel is conveniently located up the hill from Bascarsija (Gazi Husrevbeg Library). It seems to be constructed fairly recently. In talks with owner, they are planning to expand to include additional rooms, and to include breakfast and lunch in their offering. WI-FI was great, parking was on the street as the garage was taken up by work. We appreciated that they did laundry. Overall, we had no issues/concerns whatsoever, and are looking to stay there again in the future

Nice Hotel , nice staff , great location

This place is in ideal location, about a 10 minute walk uphill from the main sites. The hotel is newly renovated and looked gorgeous. It was very clean. Let them know when you plan on arriving since there isn’t always someone at reception. But they are great about being there if you tell them you need something like to orders taxi. I would stay there again!

The hotel is very modern and comfortable, though we had very noisy room neighbourgs. The bed is bery comfortable, breakfast was great with alot of variety. Staff was super courteous and nice. Only negative point would be the parking garage is not accessible unless you ask a staff member to open the door and they are not easily reachable. The hotel is located up a hill so if you plan on walking, I would not recommend for elderly people or young children.

This hotel was amazing. It was a short walk from the Bascacija (markets, restaurants, bars.) Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was beautiful.

This was the second time I stayed at this place. Location is perfect, the host is very kind and accommodating, cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. I will come back.

Everything was amazing, from A to Z. Highly recommended
