It’s right on the edge of old town so convenient to those restaurants. Property is somewhat basic- nice and clean but 3 star not 4 star.

Great location, staff were good, hotel is a bit tired and in need of room refreshment.

Wonderful staff, perfect location in old town and very comfortable/clean rooms! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff- every single person was so kind and welcoming.

The hotel is located at the centre of Sarajevo and is walkable to nearly everywhere. Service is good and the room is comfortable and spacious given the price

Proximity to the old town

Very convenient location right by the old town and easy to find. Rooms good. Breakfast, whilst okay, was below expectations for a four star hotel. The hot items were never more than warm. The payable airport shuttle did not exist, they just phoned for a taxi. I would be happy to stay here again.

Clean, great location, beautiful view from room balcony. Breakfast could do with a little improvement and the mattress was very hard to sleep on but a good stay, would recommend.

The kitchen was crap , not much variety and little quantity from each dish. Breakfast not that good.

a nice hotel located in the heart of the old town. very convenient. When dealing with Staff who knew English, they were very helpful.

The location is excellent. It's in the hub of the old town so you can walk to all the main sights with ease. It's also located close to several tram and bus stops, making it easier for you to get around. Indeed the 103 trolleybus stops near the hotel and this serves the Dobringa area. Dobringa is just a 15 minute walk from Sarajevo airport. This option provides a more frequent service than the standard Airport bus. Room are a good size with all the basic facilities you will need. I loved the bed; it was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast where I was impressed that they made new things to eat every day.

Have stayed here multiple times. Love the location and like the rooms with a balcony which allows husband to smoke there. Front desk attendants were friendly and courteous. Room was excellent- enough room, very clean. But there were a couple of issues. The first was more of an annoyance - ac was either super cold or not cold enough. The temp wouldn’t stop at the desired temp. And you had to turn it on again anytime the main door or balcony door opened. The other issue was the little fridge. It wasn’t cooling. The maintenance guy came twice and then front desk said they didn’t have any other to replace it with. It would have been nice to have it for cold water (was so hot- above 35cel/high 90’s f). But these issues were a first and understand they happen. I would hope they’ll get an extra fridge or two, so it’s not an issue in the future. :)

The hotel is in a great location. A beautiful property. Well maintained with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Parking was extremely convenient. The breakfast is abundant and delicious.
