The rooms are clean . The hotel looks new

Great place to stay, connected to a shopping center and not far from Riverwalk mall. My only concern was, at checkout, they wanted me to pay P400 extra even though i had booked and paid for everything online. I don’t know where the extra charges were coming from.

I was impressed right from the front desk until checking out. Excellent service indeed, I would proudly and confidently recommend anybody who wish to have wonderful time to Oasis motel. It was my first time, but not my last time. Keep up the good job.

It was good and comfortable

In a chalet that was supposed to havex2 beds and a couch, they put the seco d bed in the sitting room near the bed. There was no water, tv not wirking and room smelled terribly

It was not the best experience. Challet no 43 needs complete renovation. Had to be moved to a differrent hotel 2km away, but at least provided with shuttle service since we were using one car.

Our stay was pleasant the room was spacious and neat. There were plastic spoons but stainless steel would be better. Breakfast was good please add muffins to menu.

Can get better, as per price not a bad choice

very nice clean place, easy to find. Love the chalets clean and comfortable. Restaurant food is okay could do with variety.

They should improve their customer service upon check in. We were tired after driving for almost 8hrs and kept on being referred from one place to another after having been told we had only paid for 2nights. They were big cockroaches in the room.

Chalet large, nice shower. No kitchen equipment but we could have requested. Good breakfast. Service could have been better.

Overall experience was nice. They quickly solved a problem with my booking and changed my room when I discovered some problems with the door security and poor lighting. The staff was always polite, friendly and willing to help.

Ok. Did the job.thats all i have to say. So stop trying to get more out of me and let me finish this thing....

This motel is not fit for human habitat. It should be closed immediately.

We had a stay at the Oasis Hotel in Gabarone as a stopover on our drive to Namibia. We had a scheduled late arrival and liked that it would not be a problem to check in late. We had three adults in our group and indicated that on the reservation, noting we needed three beds. The room only had two beds but it was late and we managed to all sleep in the beds that were pushed together. We really liked the free breakfast provided. The staff was pleasant. Check in and check out was easy. Rooms are secured behind a gate. Only major concern was the barking dogs all night.
