Town Lodge Gaborone

The best part of this hotel is stuff, every one is incredibly nice and helpful, I would give them six stars. However, the rooms are a different story: no central AC, very noisy old units that kept me awake, but the worst is the mosquitoes problem, its infested so badly. Every single night (I stayed for 7 nights ) it was a nightmare. Although it's no mosquito-related diseases like malaria, its very safe in Gaborone.

The property met my needs. As I was attending a conference rather than holidaying, these were pretty basic. It’s well located for the airport and being close to the shopping centre was handy. The decor in the room felt quite dark and oppressive and I’d have had a better nights sleep if the room were a couple of degrees cooler. However, it was quiet despite being quite close to a main road and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom wise, it would have been good to have some shampoo/shower gel on top of the small hand soap but the shower was powerful. Most of the staff were very friendly.

I think it’s great for a short term stay.

This hotel is conveniently located and walking distance to the Airport Junction shopping centre with a gym, restaurants and shops. It’s a decent 3 star experience and met my needs for a couple of nights. The service was friendly and professional.

Close to airport, near shopping center, free and guarded Park. AC noisy and difficult to regulate.

The hotel was clean and rooms were fine. The dinner was also fairly good. Great service but no wifi the night I was there. I guess it had been out for days. That’s a huge inconvenience

A nice place. Airco should be better

I came to Botswana with my partner from the U.K. to visit family and after landing at the airport we were too tired to drive so booked a night at this hotel. We received a warm welcome from the staff at your front desk who were very friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that we ended up coming back to Gaborone early to spend another 3 nights here. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay wonderful, we will definitely be using Town Lodge every time we come back to Gabs!

Only stayed a night but it was a good one. The location was perfect - right in the shopping mall district and close to the airport. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice pragmatic hotel, located close to the airport, gym and shopping areas.

The stay was amazing . The only problem i have was the amounts i paid. I learnt during checking out that the amount i was way too much and did not cover breakfast yet i selected room for two with breakfast. I paid BWP 1183.77, but the room price was not more than BWP600. I feel cheated

Very good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is in walking distance to two malls. Recommended.
