Good: amazing view, helpful and professional staff, fair prices for room service and restaurant, safe location with full of options, comfortable bed, WiFi with no problem, diverse breakfast (and a great tapioca!) Not that good: windows were dirty, the shower was dripping water for the first hour of the night, the breakfast was quite chaotic as there were no plates for a long while, the orange juice was watery

Great breakfast

First, keep in mind: English speakers are rare in Recife. The hotel is decent but not exceptional; however, stained bed sheets were a letdown. Remember, in Brazil, toilet paper can't be flushed. Breakfast at the restaurant is average, but steer clear of the flavorless juices. Room service food was disappointing too! The grilled chicken was dry, making it hard to chew. It's unbelievable I paid over $20.00 US dollars for that! Also, they lack a serving cart, so they handed me the plate on a tray to leave outside the door for later collection. There are limited public transportation options around the hotel, with only Uber and taxis available. Bus stops are distant, and the neighborhood is unsafe. It's not advisable to walk alone, even though it's considered the best neighborhood in town. Overall, the city isn't safe. Essential items to bring to this hotel include a power converter (220W power outlets only), a Brazil plug adapter (incompatible with European and North American plugs), and a non-slip bath mat (not provided, and the floor is very slippery). While the bedroom air conditioner works well, brace yourself for heat and humidity once you step into the hallway. Recife's average temperature hovers around 102°F, with high humidity. Be prepared for the weather!

The hotel and service were unimpressive at best. Check in process was not good and extremely long. Room was small, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Served it's purpose for one night, but not sure I'd stay there again.

Overall this was a good place to stay at. Be aware that while some of the staff speaks English, not all of them do and those that do don't speak it very well. They were all very friendly though. Do not expect many english speakers anywhere in the city, including the airport. The hotel was extremely clean. My room was well kept, up to date and had plenty of space. The hotel said that they were a 10 minute walk from the beach. While I had a fantastic view of the ocean and some of the beach, it was NOT a 10 minute walk. More like a 10 minute drive. It's still walkable, just don't expect to be able to lug all your beach gear with you. I was not a fan of the breakfast, but there was plenty of fresh fruit, so it wasn't what I'd consider horrible. There's 24 hour room service available which I did not try, but it was priced reasonably. The hotel states that they have 2 restaurants. They don't. They have a place for breakfast and then the lobby bar has a soup bar in the evenings. Not what I would call a "restaurant". There was a safe in my room, however it was broken, so I felt the need to bring what I considered valuable with me to work every day. I had trouble conveying that to the front desk staff. My room had a mini fridge stocked with waters, soda and beer. Again, not horribly priced. It saved me from having to find a place to purchase bottled water.

Optamos por reservar um quarto com "vista mar", pagando um valor adicional por essa comodidade. Infelizmente, a realidade foi completamente diferente do anunciado. Para visualizar o mar, era necessário ficar em pé e olhar através de uma janela extremamente suja, tornando a experiência desagradável. Não recomendamos pagar mais pela opção "vista mar" - é apenas uma forma de o hotel cobrar mais caro sem entregar o prometido. Um dos maiores transtornos foi o ar-condicionado. Passamos uma noite terrível devido ao ruído extremamente alto produzido pelo equipamento split dentro do quarto. O controle remoto não funcionava, sendo necessário ligar e desligar diretamente no botão do aparelho. Além disso, não era possível ajustar a velocidade ou a temperatura. O barulho incessante foi, sem dúvida, o pior aspecto da nossa estadia. O café da manhã oferecido era de qualidade inferior, com pouca variedade e falta de capricho no preparo e apresentação. O atendimento deixou muito a desejar, demonstrando descaso com os hóspedes. Não havia dispensador de água disponível no quarto ou nas áreas comuns. Somente após reclamarmos, a administração providenciou água, como se fosse um favor especial e não um serviço básico esperado. Esta experiência ficou muito abaixo das nossas expectativas, especialmente considerando que existem hotéis na mesma faixa de preço na cida

Hotel muito bom. Instações novas, café da manhã variado, porém, o salão do café da manhã é um pouco apertado (muitas mesas).

Boa experiência do quarto, opções variadas no café da manhã. Senti falta de um atendimento de bar na piscina. A vista do quarto premium vale a pena.

Ótima localização, conforto e atendimento no balcão bom. Porém o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pois estão deixando a desejar.
