Not ready for guest.
The house has a beautiful exterior but the interior of the house has a lot of problems.
It’s a 2 season home, (summer and spring )
Heating system it’s no sufficient or broken
Pluming issue toilets, showers , liking between floor water.
Stairs of the home has some safety issues(not recommended to ages under 5 and over 60)
Noise level 0-10 : it’s 7
Walkable 0 -10 : it’s 5
Bedding quality 0 -10 : it’s 3
Furniture quality 0 - 10 : it’s 8
Appliances quality 0 - 10 : its 3
If the necessary changes is corrected. There’s potential in this property.
