Quarto, cama confortável, chuveiro forte, toalhas e roupa de cama ótimos...area externa muito bem cuidade e linda! Café excelente! Os quartos são amplos, limpos, bem agradável. A aérea da piscina também é gostosa, possui sauna. Sentimos falta de mais rapidez no contato via WhatsApp. Ex.: pedimos um bombom, não houve retorno. Pedimos um ferro de passar, retornaram que só tinham serviço de passar; limparam o quarto e não repuseram as toalhas. Ainda assim uma boa estadia!

A boa vontade da equipe é admirável. Todos preocupados em fazer quem se hospeda se sentir em casa. O lugar com a vista linda, um corredor arborizado que teletransporta para a paz. Se hospedar onde tem conforto e uma equipe eficiente faz toda a diferença. Destaque para Dilma, Kelly e Dani.

o hotel é excelente, fomos muito bem atendidos por todos em especial pelo Flavio que nos deu varias dicas do local. O café da manha é excelente.

O hotel é muito agradável. A internet é ótima. O atendimento da equipe é fora de série. Nos trataram feito bebês. Cuidavam de tudo (reservas, passeios, carro). E o restaurante tem comida muito boa! Ficaríamos lá de novo!

Great property in general, friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The pool was on maintenance while I was there, so didn't really get to use it, but also wished they had a hot tub instead of 3 pools. The steam while a great concept didn't work either. I liked the fact that it was a 15mins walk from one of my favourite beach Conceicao where you can spend time watching the sunset there. Given the fact that there is supposed to be 'no plastic' and eco-friendly, I would just recommend to have a water refill station for self service instead of needing to get someone to do it, they were always willing and happy to assist but this would save some time to have a drinking water refill station.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The dinner is meh. I couldn't understand why there was such a radical difference. However, the service could be better for the prices they charge. There is no one coming around the pool with mid-afternoon treats. There are no extras. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned each day. The hotel is centrally located and near the best beach.
