o hotel é excelente, fomos muito bem atendidos por todos em especial pelo Flavio que nos deu varias dicas do local. O café da manha é excelente.

O hotel é muito agradável. A internet é ótima. O atendimento da equipe é fora de série. Nos trataram feito bebês. Cuidavam de tudo (reservas, passeios, carro). E o restaurante tem comida muito boa! Ficaríamos lá de novo!

Great property in general, friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The pool was on maintenance while I was there, so didn't really get to use it, but also wished they had a hot tub instead of 3 pools. The steam while a great concept didn't work either. I liked the fact that it was a 15mins walk from one of my favourite beach Conceicao where you can spend time watching the sunset there. Given the fact that there is supposed to be 'no plastic' and eco-friendly, I would just recommend to have a water refill station for self service instead of needing to get someone to do it, they were always willing and happy to assist but this would save some time to have a drinking water refill station.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The dinner is meh. I couldn't understand why there was such a radical difference. However, the service could be better for the prices they charge. There is no one coming around the pool with mid-afternoon treats. There are no extras. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned each day. The hotel is centrally located and near the best beach.

O Hotel Dolphin ultrapassou as expectativas. Desde o transfer do aeroporto, até o capricho na arrumação do quarto, tudo foi excelente. Parabéns especial à equipe da recepção que está sempre disponível para atender os hóspedes por meio de um grupo de WhatsApp exclusivo. A estrutura é muito boa, com bastante espaço e privacidade.Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A Internet funciona em todos os locais do hotel, o quarto é amplo com o banheiro bem espaçoso. O café da manhã é muito bem servido no restaurante do hotel (o peixe na telha do almoço é ótimo). Além disso é servido um chá da tarde que pode ser desfrutado após os passeios. Alguns detalhes surgiram durante nossa semana no Dolphin, mas foi tudo solucionado prontamente. Parabéns à toda a equipe!

Hotel fantástico. Café da manhã e chá da tarde muito gostoso, instalações acolhedoras e confortáveis, area de lazer ótima, e atendimento muito cortês por parte dos funcionários. Quarto amplo. Ressalva para o banheiro q brotava umidade do chão e a porta q tem fechadura digital q fazia barulho durante a noite.

The Dolphin Hotel and especially its staff made our stay and 40th birthday outstanding. The warm welcoming at the reception was amazing. The Hotel itself is around 10 walking mins from the downtown. They organized everything for us and made everything happen. The complex is amazing, beautiful and clean. Even as we ran out of gasolina the hotel staff came to check on us. The whatsapp group is a very nice idea and very appreciated. At the end even a personalized goodbye card, made the goodbye not easier (meant in a good way). The breakfast in easter just amazing and with love decorated. The tapioca amazing as well as the detox juice. The Pool has a view to the traditional mountain. The only reason to book another hotel would be the view to the ocean. A special thanks to our barman Jonas Clavis. He took care of us amazing and is a nice positive with a very positive aura and good heart. THANK YOU all !

Hotel muito bom com atendimento top e funcionários super solicitos….. Restaurante muito bom e café da manhã agradável…. Mimos como cartões de chegada e de saída….. Realmente tem um cuidado especial com os hóspedes…. Contato direto com a recepção por WhatsApp em um grupo que criam na chegada… Adoramos o local…. É um pco mais distante da vila cerca de 01 km, mas usamos táxi então não tivemos problemas …. Recomendo muito…. Gostamos muito da acomodação Vila Spa…. Um agradecimento especial a Carla da Recepção e ao Édson do restaurante/ bar da piscina
