Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room wasn’t cleaned well. I could see dead roaches on the verandas

All staff are polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and generous. Room is spacious. There is some construction at this moment around the hotel, but that's not their fault. Excellent central location. I will return.

Very convenient location in SP. The staff and common areas are nice. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of selection and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

I was there for a very short period of time. Actually my first time to Brazil. And I find everybody was accommodating, courteous, and very polite. My Portuguese does not exist but everybody had the patience to assist me. I thought the staff was very kind.

The staff was super nice, but the building and installations were outdated. Needs a bit of an overhaul. I love the location, very convenient. Breakfast was good but coffee was not good at all.

Large rooms with sofa and balcony, slightly dated but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location 10 minutes from Paulista. Noise from construction next door was quite bad

I've stayed at the EP for 20 years and facilities could use an update. Staff and management pleasant and efficient and a great country breakfast and location

Pros: excellent location close to shops and markets (Carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away), Paulista avenue, metrô station. The room was large and well appointed. The top floor gym and spa with a heated small pool was also very nice. Breakfast had good variety and an omelet station in a glassed in restaurant in the back of the property. Cons: the noise! I was on the 6th floor and it was impossible to sleep. The room has zero soundproofing due to large glass doors that seal nothing. The street is busy at all hours with traffic and even with ear plugs it was impossible to get any sleep.
