The check-in was quick, and the employees were polite. The room is small and the windows couldn’t block the noise of the flight engines at all, and I could keep hearing engine noises from time to time. Those tidying up the rooms should be more careful and ensure that every corner of the room is cleaned.
The breakfast is ok, with a selection of hot and cold plates. There’s also a free shuttle to and from the airport but the service is available once an hour only, better to increase the frequency.

Achei o hotel horrível pelo valor que paguei. Além do chuveiro jogar água mais fora do box do que dentro, tomar um banho horroroso, nem água para beber no quarto tinha, os telefones não funcionavam para ligar na recepção e nem no room service. Sem falar nesse transporte para o aeroporto que nem serviu de nada porque não ofereceram! PÉSSIMO

It's a very convenient option to stay close to the airport or if business activities are close to the airport or outside Sao Paulo.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast starts esrly in case the flight is early.

Razoavel estadia para quem precisa passar uma noite, quando em transito ou caso o aviao sai muito cedo. Gostei do restaurante e do atendimento de um senhor espanhol que nao me recordo o nome. Muito solicito e deu toda a atenção necessária. Buffet 85 reais por pessoa e comida bem saborosa.
