Everything was amazing stuff in the breakfast is the best really polite and friendly

The hotel is modern, new construction, and very well decorated. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with all the Brazilian pastéis, cakes and plenty of fruit. The service is outstanding.

Great staff and convenient location make this an excellent location. Rooms and big and excellent workspace to catch up on emails etc.

The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean, and organized. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is very good.

I made a request on the reservation for a specific room or side of the building, four day ahead and with 4 available on the side, and did not happen, I even called on the day before to make sure they were aware of the request, they said they knew about it and that I would only know by the check-in. Anyway, a very good hotel, with not a good reservation and reception, which could have made it as well.

The best hotel in Araraquarra. New, clean, attentive. The local area is not in the city center, but it's a short drive away. Very easy.

A estadia em geral foi boa; a propriedade precisa apenas adotar lençóis com elástico pois o colchão fica exposto com muita facilidade. A oferta de canais de tv é boa, mas o aparelho precisa ser atualizado com urgência, pois a utilização das funcionalidades de smart TV fixa prejudicada pela idade do sistema, que não roda os aplicativos do Youtube, Netflix e Prime, por exemplo, a contento, travando e reiniciando a todo momento.

A resolução de problema é terrível… Ficar mais de 40 minutos parado na recepção por não encontrarem a reserva é um absurdo. Extremamente desconfortável ver todos os outros clientes olhando, julgando e sabendo que é um erro do hotel. Me senti constrangido e sem apoio adequado para resolução do problema. Experiência não foi boa.
