Good location for visit iguacu fall and bird park. From airport to the hotel by bus 120, direction to iguacu fall way. Only 1 stop. They provide free shuttle to airport even in early morning. But far away to the town.

overall the hotel is good for me. easy and frequent public bus to the falls and town, and the bird park is near. i had dinner in the cafeteria and the food and price are good

staff is very nice and food is good but you have to be aware of the travel agent because they will charge you a high price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room however was not great. The sheets didn’t fit the bed (too small). The mattress didn’t have a mattress cover and was lumpy and smelled. Since the sheet didn’t fit the mattress, I kept ending up on the mattress itself. The pillows were lumpy. The bed didn’t have a blanket and the blanket in the closet was also too small for the bed. Breakfast was good. Lunch was decent. The rooms were downstairs and there was no ramp or elevator. I can’t walk well and had to go up and down the stairs with the suitcases. The doors made a loud slamming noise when closing from outside so all night we could hear doors slamming loudly. Also people talk loudly in the hallways at all hours so didn’t sleep well.

Quarto muito velho, colchão velho deformado já, muito ruim de dormir. Banheiro com manutanção péssima, chuveiro instalado de modelo errado, fazendo com que a agua jorrasse na diagonal e não para baixo, ainda assim o box vazava e alagava o quarto todo. Torneira da pia só funcionava no quente..... Mosquitos no quarto.... Mosquitos no café da manhã embaixo das mesas, demonstra que não esta em dia a dedetização. Jantar é 98 reais por pessoa, mas é muito aquém do valor. Café da manhã é farto e bem servido. Localização muito boa. Hotel esta com baixa manutenção, sem reformas e já passou do tempo de fazer, agora esta muito ruim e parece que esta sem dinheiro, pois o que arruma faz mal feito.

Para acesso aos quartos não tem elevadores, precisa descer escadas, inclusive com as malas. Quartos antigos, com apenas 2 tomadas elétricas (1 ainda não funcionava)com banheiros antigos e box de banho apertados. Comodidades bem limpas e funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. O buffet do restaurante do hotel é extremamente caro inclusive as bebidas e com pouquíssimas variedades. Café da manha excelente, com diversas variedades e muito saboroso.

Het hotel voldoet niet aan de beschrijving. Het hotel is extreem verouderd en de kamers voelen kil en koud aan. Er heerst een constante chaos en geluid in de hangen van andere hotelbezoekers. Naar Westerse standaarden is dit niet OK. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk maar spreekt geen Engels. Het buffet is wel ruim. De locatie is wel top als je dagje naar de falls wilt gaan. Algemeen leuk hotel voor 1 nacht maar niet voor meerdere nachten.

This is a basic 3 star hotel in great location for the iguazu falls with large outside space, good restaurant and helpful staff. It was ok for one night but we just managed. The breakfast was a great fest with wide variety of options! The toilet was dirty and there was a slug in the morning. I don’t think for £90 paid for one night, this hotel room was worth it. Had I known. I would have booked elsewhere. The telephone didn’t work so I had to walk to reception several times. No tea coffee making facilities. Hairdryer took 30 mins to come. Staff was very helpful and reception staff were very nice always with a smile. I don’t think I will come back but for a short stay, if you value convenience over luxury, this would suit you. It’s only 5 mins from airport and 20 min walk (5min taxi- BR10 ride on Uber) from iguazu falls entrance. Bed was comfortable but there was a musty smell. A couple of mosquitos had to be killed by staff. I guess this is acceptable for a tropical country. There was AC and a fridge. The noise level was so much that I had to ask people to be quiet. Some children and other quests kept on screaming till past midnight.

The place looks like an old sanatorium, with halls reminiscent of mental institution horror films. Just the style, designed from a different era. Beyond that the breakfast is carbo laden but acceptable. The proximity to the parks makes it worth all the while. For the price and location I am ok being haunted by psychiatric ward ghosts!

Property has excellent location, very close to Iguassu Falls, so after having an excellent complimentary breakfast, we could arrive to our main destiny in few minutes. They have even a taxi service with reasonable prices at the same hotel, so just need to go to he office in front of front desk and get the service to go to the Iguassu Falls and in our last day, to the airport. Hotel is beautiful in the common areas, like the lobby and restaurant, where we took breakfast and dinner. Food was excellent, breakfast buffet very complete and delicious. The only complain is the rooms. Even if the room were clean as possible for the age of the paint/bathroom/furniture, room really give the sensation that the hotel was unfortunately neglected the rooms, and that the rooms deserved more attention from the owners. I really hope the property gets attention to this because it has many great things for visitors to the Iguassu falls.

Está tendo uma obra na frente do hotel, com isso o hotel não fica limpo, da pra entender, porém passar um pano molhado e deixar o chão o tempo todo molhado é inacreditável, risco grande de alguém escorregar e cair, as piscinas abertas estão em reforma e entendo que isso deveria estar claramente especificado no site, quando perguntei sobre a piscina a resposta da recepcionista foi a seguinte: ESTÁ FRIO MESMO PRA QUE VOCÊ QUER PISCINA USA A PISCINA COBERTA QUE É AQUECIDA., a questão é a seguinte se paguei por uma estadia eu quero ter direito a tudo que está incluso no pacote tais como: piscina, estacionamento, café da manhã e quarto, e não pagar o valor cheio e usar a metade, no meu quarto a cama de casal são duas camas de solteiroa juntas o que dificulta você dormir abraçado com sua parceira ainda mais estando frio, quanto a limpeza eu cheguei na quarta, na quinta não limparam o quarto, na sexta muito menos e no sábado quando foram limpar eu já estava de saída, o café da manhã é satisfatório e o rapaz da manutenção que trabalha a noite é excelente e prestativo, minha tv não funcionava e ele tirou uma de algum lugar e trouxe, porém essa não tinha o suporte e ele foi atrás de outra até resolver a situação, parabéns para esse rapaz que eu me esqueci do nome, já tinha ficado nesse hotel anteriormente e minha avaliação foi excelente, mas dessa vez foi péssimo, estou completamente decepcionado e pretendo nunca mais retornar, tanto é, que minha estadia era até domingo saí no Sábado.

A propriedade por ser antiga, está precisando de uma manutenção e cuidado. Tivemos uma infelicidade de ficar sem energia no hotel das 11h da manhã até às 21h. Tudo escuro, sem gerador. Ponto positivo, o café, muito bom O quarto bem surrado. O colchão parecia uma "canoa" kkk. Pra quem foi pra correr o Desafio da Onça, foi mais um desafio o descanso. Nos colocaram no penúltimo quarto do corredor lá de baixo, tinha que descer duas escadas com todas as lamas e nenhuma pessoa para ajudar. Quando fomos fazer o check-out, uma equipe na madrugada próximo das 6h da manhã no dia 18/05. Muito ruim, nem se preocuparam com nossas malas e nos atender de forma digna. Mas, tranquilo... Creio que muito "preço" pelo oferecido.

Hotel muito lindo, mas precisa de manutenção nos quartos, como pintura .

Location is great (1 mile from IGU and 10 min from the park entrance) but the hotel needs a lot of maintenance.

O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom, o box do banheiro é muito pequeno. O hotel é antigo, precisa de muitas reformas. O café da manhã é muito farto.

Great location and beautiful Property. Not new and luxurious but plenty of charm. The rooms are a bit outdated but we dont mind because we are out all day not spending much time in the rooms. The A/C was nice and cold and the shower once and hot which are the two things I care about most. The pools and hot tube are really nice and there’s a lil path to walk around the property which is perfect for an early morning walk and coffee. Breakfast was yummy with lots of baked goods to choose from and standard hot foods of eggs, sausages, etc. The Iguazu Falls entrance is within walking distance. Right now there is road/sidewalk construction. We still walked but it made it a lil more challenging. Once the construction is done it’ll be fantastic. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Very good location. Nice staff. Nice breakfast.

Reasonably close to the waterfall park - close drive, or it could be 25 min walk

Ok to just sleep. Outdated facilities.
