Cold Hot Tub, even after calling ahead to confirm. Absolutely pathetic.

All staff excellent. Hotel itself not so much.

Urban life !! City is full of people and there is a lot to see . Everyone was super kind and welcoming and helpful. Driving is definitely a challenge!!!

It's fine and has mostly what one would expect. The coolest thing was that each room had an American outlet! We took adapters, but that was very useful. Breakfast was so-so. Not as nice as some places I've stayed. We stayed six days, and it was the same every day so I got really tired of it. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we wanted to use it; water was cold. We had four rooms for our group. One was bigger and had two TVs. Neither worked right; one had one channel. We checked out of three of the four rooms and took all our stuff to the fourth (that part of our group stayed one more night) so we could grab our things a few hours after checkout to head to the airport. But the front desk insisted we had to take them out and bring them downstairs to the baggage room. It was just easier for us to leave in our fourth room for a few hours. That was frustrating. But in many ways, the front desk was happy to help with little things we needed in the course of our stay, so it was mostly fine. I don't think I'd stay there again, but it did the job for us.

Cost benefit friendly. 18 mim from airport, 10 mim away from everything.

Overall the stay was good, front desk attendants were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with good options, room was clean. Location is not so friendly if your plans are to go out by walking at night, as it is centrally located.

Eng: I was in the hotel for an overnight stay, so I couldn't know much about the facilities available. But I liked what I saw. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. Both check-in and check-out were fast and simple, and the staff was efficient and polite. The place was clean and all the safety rules for the pandemic were met. The room was simple, but it was quiet, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfy although pillows were not what I would like, but nothing serious. As it was a cold night, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The blanket available did a very good job keeping me warm. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was started at 07:00 which I though was a little too late for a weekday. As my appointment was also early, I unfortunately couldn't try it so I can't say how it was. Valet parking was charged at the check-in and the value of R$20,00 for a 24-hour-stay was pretty reasonable. All in all, it was a good experience and I will come back, which will happen next month.

This hotel is good but not amazing. Check in was quick and easy and all staff members very helpful and polite. My comment is in terms of the property itself that is dated and in much need of a refurb. The fridge in the room I stayed was very noisy and would wake me up everything time the motor was switched on. Due to COVID I didn't want to change rooms so decided not to complain at the time. This was totally my option but I thought I should provide the feedback. Breakfast was poor. Loads of carbs, no fruits, yogurts or any other healthy option. This is something that can be improved too.

Pleasant stay, 2 nights only. Excellent breakfast. Dinner= room service only, with few options, however well prepared, good taste. Neighborhood does not inspire security for night walks. Hospitality is present, with attentive staff in general (lobby, room service, etc).

O valor da diária não corresponde o que foi me oferecido

Cheguei no hotel faltando algumas horas para o check in e ainda estavam servindo o café da manhã ( iria ficar por 5 dias no hotel). Pedi uma xícara de café e fui informada que teria que pagar $8,00 por ela. Leia-se eu já tinha pago 5 diárias, o café da manhã ainda estava sendo servido, só era 1 xícara de café para um hóspede que estava chegando. O que me espantou foi a falta de preparo da equipe (tive que falar com o recepcionista, que pediu pra falar com a menina da cozinha, e esta foi perguntar a supervisora, que informou que teria que pagar). Sei que não é obrigação do Hotel, minha surpresa foi sobre a falta de cordialidade. Quartos fedorentos. Vasos entupidos. Água sem aquecimento no chuveiro. Café da manhã fraquissimo. Nem o servico de manutenção do hotel funciona, ou voce mesmo resolve ou tem que brigar pra mudar de quarto. Ainda roubaram meu power bankno quarto. Lixo de hotel, administrado por ladrões e funcionários incompetentes e mal educados. Nao gastem seu dinheiro nesse buraco.

desde a chegada a recepção extremamente grosseiros o estacionamento são os próprios recepcionistas que fazem e cobram ainda R$ 35,00 por um serviço que nem é terceirizado... quando solicitado um berço para o meu bebê simplesmente pediram para descer e pegar na recepção e ainda separaram um berço quebrado e sujo e sem roupas (lençol)... Foi muito decepcionante a minha estadia infelizmente.

Café da manhã bem simples. Academia do hotel sem condições de uso, só haviam 2 pesos e 2 esteiras, sendo que uma delas dava choque e as duas não inclinavam. Fiquei no quarto 304 e o ar condicionado de cima ficava pingando no ducto do nosso de baixo fazendo barulho a noite toda. Não fornecem edredom, somente cobertores, mesmo para quem ter alergia. As instalações são bem antigas, precisam de uma reforma.

Hotel no centro antigo da cidade, recepção ampla e com manobrista para estacionamento prorpio pago antevipadamente. Quartos espaçosos e limpos. Roupas de cama limpas mas toalhas mto asperas inclusive a de rosto. Ar condicionado bom mas muito barulento, Banheiro limpo. Bom custo beneficio, mas leve em conta que o centro da cidade á noite é vazio e escuro.

Hotel estava dominado por mosquitos. Limpeza horrível, café da manhã sem condições de consumo. Ovos mexidos totalmente frio, pão de queijo sem aquecimento. Hotel ficou com falta de água por 5h no domingo, horário de check out dos hóspedes. Academia não deve ver limpeza a mais de 1 ano, deplorável. Hotéis.com sem curadoria na seleção dos hotéis, me recomendaram no vip acess este hotel.

Hotel antigo em boas condições, pena que não oferece serviço de jantar.
