It is a simple hotel and basic services don’t work. They don’t provide hand towels, neither room service, the sheet is smaller than the bed and the air conditioner was not working.

We asked for fresh towels and to have the room serviced, at 8am when we left, and they did no clean it by the time we got back, at 9pm
Had to go down and complain at the front desk, and it took a while, but was able to get some fresh towels at least
The breakfast is good, and staff is generaly friendly

A cortinha estava suja e manchada e a cama da minha filha colada na cortina. O café da manhã estava bom porem desci as 7h para tomar café e a chapa para esquentar o pão estava podre.

Não foi satisfatória> A acomodação oferecida no site não existe. Tive que reservar um quarto a mais. Bateria do sensor de chave da porta pifou de madrugada, além disso ficamos sem energia e não conseguimos fazer o checkout. Um caos!
