Hotel is not what i expected very small hotel bath room just big enough to take shower no amenities next to hotel is construction very loud noise i adked them to change my room two times they were nice to change restaurant is very shabby though breakfast was ok there are better chouces in sao paulo all staff is very friendly but not a good value of money sorry very nice people mean staff.

The hotel is very well located close to the subway, restaurants, Big Mall. The room is very large with a very comfortable bed, I will definitely return.

Good and decent. But no water in room... Water to be purchased is 8 real ... costly . Location is very convenient. Friendly staff...

Pool is very small and the gym facility had the treadmill broke, the hotel is super expensive and should have more equipments! Location is good and staffs too

It was okay, breakfast was a bit of a shambles as there were more guests than food and staff. So we had to wait a long time and only had leftovers to pick from. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was clean and spacious.

It is a simple hotel well presented, clean and well located at the right price. It is not fancy place.

Friendly, courteous staff, excellent breakfast and bar. Close to Ibirapuera Shopping and many great restaurants. This will be my go-to hotel in the future when visiting São Paulo.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stay in my entire life. Beginning with the rude and unprofessional staff. Their room service is terrible. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Bed is too soft. Terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very good location, within walking distance to the Ibirapuera mall. The rooms were renovated so overall it was good. Nothing fancy but good for what we needed.

OS ATENDENDES NAO SAO CAPACITADOS A ATENDER Aos hospedes com EDUCAÇÃO E CORTESIA, principalment na recepção nao tem ideia do que e lidar com pessoas com o minimo de classe, MEU TELEFONE do quarto NAO FUncionava e tinha q ficar pedindo pra recepção fazer as ligações, OQUE ELES NAO FAZIAM!! A MULHER QUE ATENDE O ROOM SERVICE muito sem educação e paciência nenhuma, esse hotel NAO TEM SERVIÇO capacitado, as pessoas que trabalham ali odeiam estar ali servindo, acham q os hospedes e que tem q servir eles. Nunca mais , NEVER AGAIN I WILL STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL. SERVICES ARE REALLY BAD, maybe thats why you dont see any foreigner staying there, specially american people who have manners.
