The property is excellent, very clean, and the employees are very professional.
The restaurant needs to train its waitresses. They seemed to be there merely waiting for breakfast to finish and then clean the area. In my opinion, they should be assisting guests, such as cleaning, serving coffee, and attending to any needs. Instead of simply telling guests where to find something like sugar, they should be proactive in providing service.
The elevator needs to be repaired. It is always under maintenance.
The swing pool should not be advertised because it has not been working for a long time. It is constantly 'under maintenance'.
