Very nice hotel with lots of potential. I think it may be new and there are small amounts of professionalism and quality lacking. For instance I asked many times for small things in the room (more coffee pods or water) and staff forgot. The room service was slow. Only the front desk speak any language other than Portuguese and so it's challenging to order food as a foreigner without intermediate Portuguese.

Muy muy buena. Un hotelazo. Piscina espectacular con vistas. Gimnasio muy nuevo y bueno. Habitaciones cómodas. Desayuno muy bueno.

Localisation sur la Marina, qui est un endroit safe. Restaurant de l'hôtel très bon (style un peu semi gastro). Restaurants aux alentours chics et excellents. Nourriture du room service de bonne qualité. Bar de la piscine top. Piscine ouverte 24h/24 et serviettes toujours en libre service ! Le personnel est très sympa même si peu parle anglais. Points négatifs : Litterie trop dur et petit déjeuner redondant. Cependant, si vous cherchez à manger local, vous serez ravi du petit déjeuner.

A estadia foi ótima. Os funcionários foram muito solícitos. A limpeza do quarto demorou a acontecer, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa rotina.

L’hôtel est bien et le personnel est très agréable pour nous aider à passer les meilleurs moments.

Hotel novo, com a decoração muito bem pensada em relação aos elementos de design, café da manhã variado, cama confortável e roupa de cama limpa e macia.

Gostamos bastante do hotel Sábado à tarde teve recreação na piscina e as recreadoras são ótimas e atentas pra que nenhuma criança fique de fora. Funcionários são excelentes Pretendo voltar mais vezes

Hotel excelente, conforto, limpeza e recepção espetaculares. Porém, o restaurante do hotel destoa completamente, com péssimos pratos, de sabor, aparência e qualidade muito abaixo da média.

Building is about a year old and staff work hard to satisfy your expectations. We felt like being such a new building it could be better maintained. First we notice black mold in the shower, then notice it on the outside furniture. They use furniture that's not supposed to get wet and leave it out in the pouring rain then gets moldy. Lots of this around the pool area and balconies. Shower has no ventilation so mold accrues in the grout easily. Also they did not offer free breakfast if you book through hotels.com/expedia, which was literally the only hotel in all of Brazil that we had to pay (a lot extra) for breakfast, this took us by surprise. The Marina has lots of garbage floating in it constantly. This place could be a true gem in the city if they'd just maintain it better. The bridge to Marco Zero was closed so the area is not currently walkable. Uber or Taxi is all that's safe to get around the local area. Overall we'd stay here again if we got a good rate.

Tudo é bom. Menos o valor da diária e o estacionamento que paga o valor da diária+ manobrista.

Gostamos muito do hotel, mas o colchão e principalmente os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis, achei duro e o blackout não vedava completamente. Esses são 2 itens muito importantes para mim. No mais, tem um ambiente muito agradável, o isolamento acústico do quarto é ótimo, chuveiro maravilhoso, a limpeza foi impecável. Outro ponto é a comunicação com a recepção que pode ser bem demorada. O alarme de incêndio tocou e não conseguíamos saber se era erro ou se era real.

Hotel novo, lindo, adorei ter conhecido,Super recomendo! Só esqueceram de arrumar meu quarto!
