I came to Sao Paulo for a business trip and had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was very attentive, rooms were clean and convenient breakfast buffet. The hotel is walking distance to my office. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely stay there on my next business trip.

Arrived very late hoping for a nice comfortable room as I had stayed there before.
My room had some ladies underwear left so felt it wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff were very apologetic and moved me to a new room.
The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.

I like the location, but cleanliness was somewhat an issue this time as I walked bare feet in the room and my feet turned black. Also, it seems that there was some renovation and the lights where not working properly. We had to call for help to shut off 3 lights and nobody would know. Then we finally had to shut of the power of the entire room to be able to sleep.
