I visited the same Hotel Last Year
The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo
which takes hours.
A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL
They know how to manage Hotels.

Osasco area is outside the Downtown area of Sao Paulo
It is easy to get around to visit different places without the need to go through the downtown traffic,
The Traffic in Downtown Sao Paulo is Crazy 24 hours
You have to be very careful about the time you need to be in a meeting

excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. A special thanks to Jennifer at the reception.
Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Air conditioning was silent. Shower was great. The fridge in the room was great too. There was a large TV screen but I did not use it.
Breakfast was good with a large selection of items (see pictures).
The public transportation is abundant (buses immediately around) and the train (CPTM) station is a 15 minutes walk away with easy and cheap access to other parts of Sao Paulo or even to the airport (no direct connection though)
Lots of restaurants, shopping centers and big supermarkets (Walmart, Carrefour, etc...) around.
All in all a great choice. It is remote but accessible with good public transportation.

Osasco is not a touristy area, but for the purpose of our trip it was what we needed. Excelent air conditioning, very good breakfast included in room rate. inconvenient for us was the fact that they do not have connecting rooms and that you cannot put parking charges to room bill/extras.

O check in foi uma experiência horrível, quase 30 minutos pois não encontrava a reserva, isso porque só havia eu , depois de resolver o problema me informou que o restaurante estava fechado isso as 20:30, o restaurante sequer pode fornecer taças , só depois de muita insistência , fui a um quarto no nono andar e a chave não funcionou , mais 30 minutos e o funcionário voltou com a chave de outro quarto, que não era o que havia reservado e parecia uma reserva técnica pois estava sujo e com cheiro de fechado por muito tempo.

It is located in a SUPER BUSY street and area (across the street with a hospital) and they "forgot" about the noise in the room(at least the one I stayed) that starts around 4:30AM and ends around midnight. So if you want to relax during your sleep time, regrettably, it won't be possible. For all the rest, it is an enjoyable place to stay.

O chuveiro não estava quente, problema que foi resolvido pela Thaís que trocou o nosso quarto. Gostei muito da estadia, mas queria pontuar alguns pontos para melhorar:
1. A televisão é antiga, em hotéis novos e com a mesma faixa de preço já possuem as smarts com os streamings ex: a Urban Unu
2. A estrutura da academia não é legal, às vezes é melhor não ter do que oferecer um ambiente sem máquinas ou quase todas em manutenção
3. A possibilidade de travesseiros melhores também seria um grande diferencial. Vejo muitas avaliações reclamando sobre eles.
O café da manhã é simples, porém tudo bem gostoso, muito bem preparado!
No geral é um bom hotel, voltaria mais vezes sim
