The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Viracopos Intl Airport; the facilities are well kept, clean, the room impeccable, and the breakfast very complete. They offer shuttle upon request, which is highly convenient !

This is the only hotel that provides a free transfer from VCP airport. The driver Leo was so friendly and waited for us even though our plane was late!

The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but rooms are small, service was poor and it was expensive to taxi from airport to Hotel due to location. Not a good place to stay in order to catch a flight.

It costs a fortune to get there by taxi. Room was very small.
No bottled water in the frigobar or in the room A real nightmare. I paid on arrival and new I had not used anything in the room - there was nothing there. On the way out to my taxi and the manager challenged me and made me come back in to the front desk. Bye bye Rio Hotel
