Well my friend was with me they charged me extra for him, it’s a queen bed and I didn’t know when he’d be there but they charged me . And these folks are very stingy with the towels maybe it’s customary there but that was strange.
And lastly there are 2 international airports with in 40 min of this place you’d think they have some kind of policy for people who get there at 1 am they should be able to check in,
The staff was nice and the one guy who spoke English was a absolute delight he always had a smile

O hotel tem um ótima localização, café da manhã excelente. Funcionários simpáticos.
O quarto com mobília simples, bem limpo, roupa de cama também limpas, único porém que o colchão não é confortável, mole e antigo, e os travesseiros duros. Precisam melhorar esse quesito.

Acustica dos quartos é horrivel. Da para escutar o vizinho do lado tomando banho, batendo porta, conversando no corredor. Foram 2 noites horríveis para dormir. Do mais o hotel é bom.

The staff was very rude particularly one (Luis) with glasses at the front desk. The room had many ants crawling, we reported to the cleansing staff nothing was done. The washroom toilet had problem with flushing and no air circulation in the hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
