There needs to be clear communication and guidance if you arrive on an international flight and need to stay at the hotel on how to get access to the hotel. I was routed through customs and out to arrival only to find out that the hotel was inside the terminal. I could not access my room, had to pay the full price and had to find another hotel late at night.

No se informa adecuadamente que el hotel es SOLO para pasajeros en tránsito, que no salen de lado aire del aeropuerto. O sea, solo puedes acceder al hotel si tienes un vuelo internacional al día siguiente y hay que pasar el filtro de seguridad del aeropuerto.
