Convenient, next door to the train station, walking distance to old town

Staff were very helpful, allowed me to check-in early. Room comfortable with updated bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Conveniently located next to Train & Bus station. Nice flat walk into shopping are.

Misafirhane formatında bir otel. Su ve terlik dahi yok. Odada tuhaf bir küf kokusu var.

Handy being right next to the railway station, however, the restaurant was unaccomodating, wouldnt serve dinner OR breakfast due to a football group being there, not even a coffee was supplied for breakfast, had to go in search of food, the city centre is a mile away or 30mins walk.

今プロデフォ駅は大々的に改装中で、駅周辺は掘り返されまだまだ時間がかかりそう。ホテルは比較的新しく、バスルームは広く清潔だった。一階にはバーがありました。フロントのスタッフは若くて親切でした。 ただ、観光のメッカ旧市街まではかなり距離がありました。夜中の寝台列車に乗るためにここを３泊よやくしましたが、タオル交換や、ごみ捨ては入ってきませんでした。

The room was clean and modern but we had a room directly above the train station and it was very noisy all night. Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full. The room was also only set up for one, even though I booked for two so had to have towels and pillows delivered late. The soap dispensers also leaked so everything was covered in soap at the sink and in the shower, but it wasn't the end of the world. Well located if you need the train/that bus station, but a little way out of town. It's a pleasant walk through the park, but it is quite a long walk

Really really conveniently situated by train station, but no noise from train. Very clean, very comfortable. It was unfortunate the restaurant wasn't open, as the restaurant options on the area weren't amazing. Other than that, everything was great.

Chambre spacieuse et propre avec tout le nécessaire ! Petit bémol...la tv avec seulement 5 chaînes bulgares... Sinon top hôtel

Die Rezeption war nur teilweise besetzt - man sollte seine Ankunft am besten mit dem Hotel absprechen, damit jemand anwesend ist! Das Hotel ist direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Einrichtung super neu und sauber. Vielleicht auch weil so neu, fehlten noch einige Dinge - wir hatten ein Studio mit Küchenzeile gebucht, es gab aber weder Gläser nocht Geschirr oder Besteck auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage haben wir Gläser erhalten. Ansonsten alles top!

Nice hotel near the train station , map and contact details were incorrect but i found my way eventually No food service because of covid 19 but central location in Plovdiv

The hotel is brand new and modern with large rooms facing the train platform in the train station, but with no noise, which makes it unique and romantic in a way.

Very close to the train station. When you get out of the station, the hotel is on the left. Very convenient. Also, the bus station from Sofia is there. The hotel was very clean and has a new/renovated feel to it.

Hôtel tout neuf, personnel en cours de formation, pas au niveau de l'hôtel. Ne pas prendre de petit déjeuner : assiettes prêtes sur une table, il faut se débrouiller pour ouvrir les tiroirs et placards pour trouver les couverts et les verres. Machine à café pas branché. Embrouille avec la serveuse du bar pour les cafés qu'elle voulait nous faire payer...Service médiocre, pas pro du tout...Chambres agréables, 15min du centre à pied. Bon rapport qualité prix cependant.

Good overall stay with very helpful English speaking staff member on the desk. Well located, right outside the bus/train station, you can’t miss it! Breakfast 10levs extra which they prepared for you on the spot - enjoyable. Only a couple of negatives, the first was that the lift appeared a bit dodgy and all the lights went off inside it twice and it stopped so just used the stairs after that. Secondly, the bed was very hard! Still had a good nights sleep though and for the price I can’t really complain. Even got upgraded to a double room and could leave my suitcase there after I’d checked out.

Hotel limpio, cómodo, amplio; personal amable y nos informan. Hotel al lado de la estación de tren y a menos de 10 minutos andando de la hermosa fuente cantarina, así la vemos cada noche iluminada antes de irnos a dormir después de dias de andar mucho por esta increible ciudad de Plovdiv.

Close to the old city. Quiet yet next to transportation.
