Pulizia scadente, non hanno effettuato mai il cambio degli asciugamani. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo, era assente di fatto.

We was living 5 days at hotel Aris in Sofia. To make it short it was the most terrible hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms was not clean. Dust and what was worse at the rooms. The never cleaned the rooms during the stay. The breakfast was at best moderate going against bad. But the worst thing about the hotel was the staff. I never experienced any thing like it. Service is definitely not a city in Bulgaria. At some time I was wondering if we were in a reality show like “the worst hotel in Sofia”. The receptionist in different looking constant at her phone or smoking, cleaner more focused on getting off, smoking and taking Tod here two small children that were with her on the job. The waitress in the weekend having loud conversations on her phone in the restaurant and when not seeing reels on her phone. So all in all a sad experience at the hotel that really doesn’t want you to come back. And yes I know the price is low but still you should expect a clean room and again cleaning during a 5 day stay and a staff that doesn’t ignore you.

Als ich eincheckte, war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nach dem Einchecken war in jeder Ecke des Zimmers immer noch viel Staub und viele Spinnen und Spinnweben. Dann wurde viele Bedburgs entdeckt und meine Frau wurde an mehreren Stellen gebissen. Ich will nie wieder es besuchen, ist der Preis auch nicht gerade günstig. Das Bild und der Zustand des Zimmers waren völlig anders. Beim Frühstück tauchte zwischen den Tomaten ein langes weißes Haar auf. Es war ungefähr 40 cm. Also habe ich nicht gefrühstückt. Dies ist ein Bereich, der einer großen Korrektur bedarf. Sehr schmutzig.

Respa ei aina ollut paikalla vaikka pitäisi olla 24h. Kysymyksiin ei aina osattu vastata. Ei tietoa ratikkalinjoista, vaikka ne löytyvät netistä. Ei haluttu tarkistaa ja neuvoa minua. Palvelualttius heikkoa. Yhtenä aamuna pyysin nescafe pusseja huoneeseeni. Luvattiin, mutta ei toimitettu. Aamiaisen ruokien sisältöä ei tiedetty, kun kysyin. Kyse oli makeasta levonnaisesta. Huoneen roskiksia ei tyhjennetty koko aikana.

値段相応の内容です。ソフィアを起点にした日帰りツアーに連日参加するため五連泊しましたが、タオルはバスタオルのみ(フェイスタオルと足拭きはなし)、交換も滞在中一度きりでした。 朝食とシャワーと睡眠と荷物預けと割り切っているので個人的には充足です。あと、ブルガリア料理店が近いことは便利です。 ただレセプションに人がいないことが多かったのは良くないと思いました。 ソフィアの他のホテルを知りませんが、他の都市と同様のサービスを求めるならば、他を選んだ方が無難です。

There were a lot of bed bugs. I couldn't sleep peacefully.

Standard economic hotel in city center, good location

No room available and they transferred me to another hotel. Only I came for breakfast and it was good. Parking is 10 Eur daily in their sister hotel or you can park to the road with paying 0,5 Eur per hour between 08:30h-19:30h. Out of these hours and Sundays are free.

Terrible experience, I was beaten by bedbugs. I have photos and videos because I woke up 3am from a weird pinching to find out I was beaten. I spend 2 hours killing insects and cleaning the bed. Worst experience ever. I asked for a refund they asked me to speak with hotels.,com

Äich war um 23 Uhr da es war schon geschlossen, obwohl laut angabe bis 24 Uhr chech in möglich ist. Ich musste mir win andere Hotel nehmen

Clean and spacious, within walking distance to both main bus and train stations. Breakfast very good, no decaf coffee but , but the 12pm check out made up for that! Overall very happy

Hyvä sijainti. Hotelli rauhallisella sivukadulla mutta lähellä julkisen liikenteen pysäkit ja metro. Tilava huone mutta vanhanaikainen sisustus ja kulunut huone. Parveke plussaa. Aamiainen hyvä ja monipuolinen. Siivous huono, ilmeisesti pelkkä petaus. Wc-tiloja ei siivottu eikä vessapaperia tullut lisää. Roskakoreja ei tyhjennetty eikä tuhkakuppia parvekkeelta.

L'esperienza non è stata molto positiva: camera piccola trovata non ben pulita... Il soggiorno è durato 5 notti e non ci è mai stata pulita 😢. Inoltre il 3' giorno è mancata l'acqua improvvisamente dalla mattina cogliendo uno di noi sotto la doccia... Eravamo un gruppo di 7 persone in 3 camere. Peccato perché la struttura non è male...

Having stayed ther over 3 years on of very disappointing receptionists never there,the room looked like its had damged door to bathroom constent flushing toilet shower flooding. No tv remote took 2 hours kettle not working curtains hanging down on one side so light coming in at night.

Wir haben in der Nähe ein wunderbares Lokal mit typischen bulgarischen Gerichten und im Folklorestill eingerichtet entdeckt. Ein Besuch dort ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ansonsten ist das Personal im Hotel sehr nett und das Angebot auf dem Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend.

Well located, breakfast could be much more better, not cleaning every day, but overall it’s ok.
