Little jewelry piece of America in the gorgeous city of Varna. If you appreciate warm Southern Midwest atmosphere of a family managed typical INN - that`s your place. Excellent staff and service, gazebo grill, tasty breakfast in the fruit garden, pool, gym, own covered parking, all suites in traditional romantic southern style. Hardly recommended!

A mellow and relaxing place to stay - just 5 minutes walk from a small but pleasant beach. The hotel staff are lovely. It's a gentle vibe which suited me just fine.

Lovely peaceful hotel with great facilities and beautiful garden. We had a very relaxing stay and the staff are friendly and hospitable.

It was early in the season and the hotel has just reopened 2 weeks ago after the winter close down and we booked it the same day as staying. We rec a phone call 1 hour later asking for an arrival time and were greeted by 3 staff and offered the choice of 3 diff rooms for 2 guests. We used the gym and the breakfast was superb. The dinner was great and manager was very attentive and friendly, one of their team even dropped us to the airport who loved football and was very nice.

When we booked this five star location for one of the highest prices for this region we were expecting the best. Unfortunately the deception we great when we arrived. Nothing was up to anywhere close to 5stars To give the short story we were able to check out early and get a room at another 5 star hotel very close by for about half the price and everything was soo much better. - the fitness is limited to some very old mechanic machines. Not used in years. - The water of the pool was dirty and we did not dare to use it in fear of infection. - the room was like in the pictures. Very posh from an eighties us tv series. Unfortunately everything actually dates from the eighties as well. - the AC is fixed such that you cannot modify the intensity of the fan nor the temperature. You can only switch it on or off. - the breakfast is really poor. (See picture) - wifi was there but spotty (worked only in parts of our room) - the windows were dirty (adding a picture), The cushions and mattress reeked of old smoke (though non smoking) Some positives : - nice garden, quiet - personnel very friendly, only limited English - interior car parking In short we felt ripped off regarding the price we paid and what we got for it. 5 star seems to be false advertising. In the current state avoid staying there unless you pay the price of a 3 star.

黒海近くのキレイで新しいホテルです。部屋も清潔で1人には広すぎて恐縮でした。 海外旅行で初めて見ましたがユニットバスですが浴槽とトイレの間にちゃんとした仕切りがあり濡れないようになっています。朝食のレストランは落ち着いた感じで種類も多く店員さんも凄く綺麗で毎日楽しみでした！英語も通じる・・・と思います(ブルガリア語なのか英語なのか自分の語学力では良く分かりませんでしたｗたぶん英語だと)徒歩圏内に大型スーパーもあり食べ物には苦労しません。 広々とした庭もきれいで初めてのブルガリアを楽しむことが出来ました。ヴァルナに行く機会があれば是非お勧めしたいホテルです！

Welcoming and somewhat eccentric hotel, with its dark heavy furnishings and Corinthian pedestal swim-up bar. Very comfortable, and excellent facilities in a quasi-tropical garden. As well as its own good restaurant, there is a superb alternative just down the road.

this hotel deserves more stars it is so beutiful and peaceful and the staff is so nice and helpful. i recommand this hotel.

Очень хороший отель. Роскошный интерьер. Все для удобства отдыхающих : теннисный корт, бильярд, сауна, тренажерный зал, бассейн, джакузи. Для деловых встреч прекрасный конференц-зал. Клиентоориентированность на высшем уровне. На вопрос : "А что на завтрак?" в ответ слышите : "Мы сделаем все, что Вы хотите". В отеле свой сад и огород, соответственно, все только свежее, с грядки или с дерева. Если в меню чего-то нет, то это сделают для вас без вопросов. Главное - определиться с желаниями. Очень ухоженная территория. Замечательный сад. Отель имеет собственную внутреннюю парковку. До моря примерно 500 м под горку. Назад, соответственно,в гору. В отеле,кроме нас, были заняты еще несколько номеров, но мы с гостями встретились только один раз. Никто ни кому не мешает. Персонал крайне приветлив и предусмотрителен. Будет возможность, обязательно вернемся.

Nice location - very nice staff and comfortable rooms with separate lounges but the air-condioning wasn't very good and the rooms were a bit dark.

Rummen var kanon, Service kvaliteten var också i topp med mycket trevlig personal.

Hotel de charme, chambrés confortables et accueil personnalisé. Décoration un peu surannée mais bénéfice de tout le confort possible.

The Hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in, it had everything required for a relaxing chilled out break. The layout of the suites within the gardens gave you privacy, and there were so many nooks and crannies within the gardens where you could sit in peace and tranquility. All staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this hotel, we would definitely go back should the occasion arise, an experience for a birthday which will be a long time remembered!

an old, converted mansion, with a great pool and very private. We were practically the only guest there, which made use of the pool and amenity's feel like a private estate home.

Excellent hotel - ideal for a weekend break. I spent a weekend here and have to say was probably the most luxurious hotel I have stayed in. Small hotel, superb gardens and great rooms. I pretty much had the place to myself the weekend I stayed which was exactly what I was after. Food nice and pool great- service was also good with the staff always ready to help out. The beach isnt far either, although the nearest beach is quite small. There are however larger beaches further along the coastal path. Great place to chill out!
