Great place to stay.

The price was great, and it was close to the metro and the airport. We were able to travel to the city center relatively easily and had a short drive to the airport after we checked out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We always use this hotel, not only for its convenience for the airport, ( it is only 5 stops on the meteo from the airport), but because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who simply can't do enough for you. This time, we also used their long term parking facilities, which were very competitive, compared to the regular off-site airport carparks .

Clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient.

If there are no windows to open, please insert air from outside, you know, like the big ones do. I hope they are not saving from electric bill, not having the air insertion and filtering, I couldn't breath in the room, I couldn't fall asleep, then I felt more tired after "sleeping", what is wrong with them, even the bathroom had mold due to stale air

Bed sheets with holes in them; lack of toilet paper and shower towel on the last day

A warm welcome, despite arriving at just before midnight.

The lobby was freezing. There is no hotel bar - you have to go and request drinks from the restaurant. And the bedroom walls were very thin, meaning we could hear conversation and laughter from the neighbouring room. And the free airport transfer is TO the hotel, not to the airport.

Pleasant stay, comfortable bed.

Perfectly located close to Sofia Airport and easy access to Metro. Modern and comfortable rooms with views of Vitosha.

On communication before arrival they told me that i will be picked up by the Best Western Premium shuttle van. But

We were in room 110 and the room was quite expensive . Outside the room was a large amount of ventilation equipment that was going off and on all night. My wife is a light sleeper and could not sleep. Told staff in morning on checkout and was not to bothered. Really was poor experience and no sleep left is with a very uncomfortable trip home . Major problem,, but the facilities and dining facilitate excellent, but because of the no sleep and the staff not caring will not be returning

Basic outdated hotel room, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talking or doing the deed. Overpriced for what it offers. Needs renovation and better maintenance. Stuff asked for additional money at check in.

This was a deal from Expedia, I understand why. Facilities where from low quality. No airco, rooms smells of smoke, reception was difficult to communicate with.

Very good hotel, on big boulevard with a lot of options
