One of the worst hotels I ever stayed. I booked Standard room and it was very small, smelly with dated furniture. Bed with mattress was old, dirty, uncomfortable. Unpleasant room. Breakfast wasn't good either 😐 with very cheap quality of products. I read a reviews before to book & I still don't understand how can be 8.4 on Booking?????? Just one + it is a Free Parking. Never again.

The hotel is in good

It is a hidden gem in Sofia! Very quiet, very clean, close to convenient public transportation. The breakfast can be described in two words - quality and variety. It is newly renovated and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Out from the main city, large nice grocery store next door.

The trip was good. The hotel rooms air-conditioning was not working complained they swapped rooms for me and gave me a bigger room with no extra cost. That was amazing. Well done to them.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was great!

We made our reservation through hotels.com. After reviewing the website, we based our decision on the appearance of the rooms and the reviews. Upon arrival, we noticed that the rooms were poorly maintained, with stains and dirt on the curtains and drapes, and that the rooms were stuffy and damp. Rooms diffrent from photos. When we asked reception for towels, they asked why we needed them. When we asked for slippers, they told us they weren't required to provide them. breakfast was served until 10:00 on our first day, we taker our foods before 10:00. While we were chatting and enjoying our breakfast, the staff stood over us and, in a rude manner, asked us to leave the breakfast room. They cleared the plates from the table without asking permission. I recommend that the hotel management encourage their staff to behave more politely.

Excelente elección, por ubicación, parking, limpieza y atención del personal. El desayuno también es francamente bueno en variedad y calidad.

Sehr laute Straße, zimmer okay, beim Frühstück zuwenig Platz daher muss man im Wintergarten sitzen, wo allerdings das Rauchen erlaubt ist - und man von rundherum "eingeraucht" wird.

Personel güler yüzlü ilgili, ücretsiz otoparkı olması büyük avantajdı şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesindeydi (25 dakika) ama yanında isterseniz metro vardı. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi.
