Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent. The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June.

It is very good hotel with nice staff also reception, only thing was the A/C not good and the pool filter not working the water not clear. And parking not free and rude staff.

Per the booking the Hotel came with free onsite parking... While checking in we were told by the front desk lady hotel didnt own any of the parking. at which point they pointed at a 3rd party parking attendent at which looked to be the parking lot of the hotel... Felt like I was staying at a Motel 8 and not a Sheraton.

Falsely described free parking. The parking is not free. It is cash only and the shady people collecting the parking fees don't even offer receipts, which is illegal. They provide hand written notes. Further, the staff is not well trained, they discuss guests, and overall the service is quite poor. The hotel is new and looks nice. The street in front of it is super dirty, with spilled garbage everywhere.

New hotel with decent and clean interior. Untrained and unprofessional staff. Falsely advertised free parking that only works with cash and doesn't even bother to provide receipts. Dirty and stinky, trash-littered street in front of the hotel.

The reception are working like the soviet time

We spent 1 week there with breakfast included. Room with balcony / seaview. Breakfast was really good, just make sure you arrive a bit early, before 09:00 Room was very nice, large shower, great bed and large tv. Aircond could have been better in the room, in the halls there where no aircond. We spent 4 days in the gym, all Techno Gym exercise equipment, so thumps up. We met 6 people there all week....so not very crowdy. There is also an indoor swimming pool nearby the gym but it looks unfinished, especially the outdoor area outside. Outdoor pool was clean, despite seagulls arriving during breakfast........one time they entered one of the tables :( Easy to get sunbeds beside the outdoor pool. Pricing at the poolbar is redicules.... 10 bulgarian lev for a RedBull. And off cours you are not allowed to bring drinks from outside. The staff seem very inexperienced. Be aware of scamming taxi drivers. We paid 100 Lev arriving from Burgas and 140 Lev returning to Burgas. Tip : agree price in advance If you have not been to sunny beach....be aware, it`s a noise area and extremely crowded. Sunbeds at the sea, cost between 26 and 30 Lev for a pair. If you want the spot closest to the water.....you need to arrive befor 07:15 Best rgds Stian from Norway

Beautiful and clean property, convenient location on the beach and near buy shopping, restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is the parking. No parking available and we got a parking ticket with in 5 min just to check in to the hotel.

Et veldig fint hotell som er nytt og nærmeste nabo til stranda. Frokosten var veldig bra. Hotellet bærer preg av endel oppstartvansker. Vannlekkasjer fra tak i fellesområder hvor det er airconditioner. Aircondition på rommet virket aldri optimalt og fikk ikke ned til ønsket temperatur. Etter vår smak var sengene for harde og jr. på 16 år lå på ekstraseng. Han kunne like gjerne ligget på gulvet. De ansatte var blide og prøvde å imøtekomme våre behov. De hadde ikke overmadrass e.l så la på en ekstra dyne på sengen som overmadrass. Dette hjalp lite. Her bør det legges på noe mer. Kanskje også på de vanlige dobbeltsengene. Jeg er sikker på at hotellet er et flott hotell om et års tid når alle rutiner er innarbeidet og diverse reprasjoner er unnagjort.

Im grossen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es wurde aber kürzlich renoviert. Grundsätzlich ist das gut gelungen, aber es funktionieren einige Dinge noch nicht so gut. So lief auch in meinem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht und auch nicht im prinzipiell gut ausgestattet Gym. Sehr nettes Personal. Achtung, die Beschreibung auf Google Maps ist falsch, man muss dort nach Hotel Globus suchen.

woderful newly renovated hotel, but horrible customer service, what a shame really.

Von der Buchung an wollten wir das Hotel per Telefon erreichen, jedoch nahm das Telefon nie jemand ab. Im ganzen Hotel funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig. In unserem Zimmer war es 30.2 Grad. An verschiedenen Orten im Hotel tropfte Wasser von der Decke.Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und arrogant, erwarten sie nicht einen guten morgen Gruss. 50 Liegestühle am Pool sind viel zu wenig für so eine grosse Poolanlage. Alle Speisen am Frühstückbuffet liegen über Stunden ungekühlt und ohne Spukschutz herum. Wir waren froh das wir wieder abreisen konnten. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Super Hotel, Super Lage! Personal sehr freundlich!
