I enjoyed the stats in Hilton. Very convenient, very comfortable.

Nice and clean

Hotel in toller Lage (fußläufig ins Zentrum, direkt am Park für Morgensport) mit ausgesprochen freundlichem, service-orientiertem und professionellem Personal. Wirklich überdurchschnittlich. Wir waren für ein Seminar hier und auch die Seminarräume sind gut ausgestattet, mit Tageslicht. Wir haben auch das Restaurant besucht. War sehr gut. Das Frühstückbuffet könnte vielleicht ein bisschen üppiger sein, es gibt aber alles was man braucht. Also auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο με εμφανή έλλειψη προσωπικού στο front desk, ίσως και λόγω της ημέρας των Χριστουγέννων. Εντούτοις το προσωπικό ήταν φιλότιμο κι ευγενικό. Καθαρό, πλούσιο πρωινό, φιλικό για μια 5μελή οικογένεια, κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο που θέλαμε.

Great hotel and service , only issue I would expect such standard of hotel to have espresso machine in room I stayed day before in double tree by Hilton in plovdiv and they had espresso machine in room Good gym and spa , took a massage reasonable prices

The rooms are small and incredibly overpriced for a premium hotel in Sofia, yet missing some things such as bath robe, slippers, rain showers, heck the showers don't even have doors?!? They have a glass divider separating the shower from the sink spanning from the floor to ceiling but no door... which is weird. Also it turns out a deluxe room is only deluxe because it's located on level 6 and above in the building yet it is not different than a standard room in any meaningful way. The restaurant menu options are also incredibly limited and just as overpriced. When you are checking out, you have to remember to pay for parking separately because they don't include it in your room service bill. Last but not least I'm not a fan of the Croft & Barrow soap products they have in the rooms.

Maybe the best hotel to stay in Sofia. Near EU metro station, walkimg distance to Vitosha street, what else?

Everything is fine at Hilton Sofia, but just a bit far away from old town which takes around 30 min. walking distance. The female receptionists are more friendly, the male receptionists are not that friendly. The guy in the morning of Oct.07 around 8am on the reception who helped to call a tax and the guy in the morning of Oc5.12 around 9:30am who helped to check out, both attitudes towards customers should be trained more, not friendly driven. That's why I couldn't give higher rate.

Clean, newly renovated. Great staff and great food! Safe and walkable to all important parts of the city
