Schönes Hotel, saubere und gut eingerichtete Zimmer im Herzen Varnas, unweit vom Strand.

Despite asking for a room far from elevator or street noise and without smoking smell the hotel put us in front of elevator and in a room smelling cigarretes. Of course we could not sleep well. Despite the hotel had other rooms the receptionist tried to rip us up and wanted us to pay extra to have a room far from elevator and without cigarretes smell. Room is outdated and full of mold. Breakfast is a disaster. In the balcony please do not walk normally because there is wet floor form air conditioning and you can fall from the balcony. The hotel is saving money by not having a proper drainage system for air conditioning. If you are addicted to smoking this is a perfect room because they even provide an ashtray.

Nice hotel, great centerl location, the hotel we'll renovted, the breakfast is O. K but old Bulgarian style. The rooms has good heating system that is very important at the coold night at winter time. It has good value for money, I will come again.

Nicht schön! Frühstück besonders schlecht

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut zum Strand / Strandbars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Restaurants und Imbisse sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr gut und sauber. Das Frühstück wird im obersten Stock eingenommen. Dort hat man einen tollen Blick auf‘s Meer und über die Stadt. Der Frühstücksraum ist jedoch leider in einem schlechten Zustand und sieht sehr heruntergerockt aus. Der Teppich ist nicht mehr okay und nicht sauber. Die Vorhänge sind zum Teil aus der Befestigung gerutscht/heruntergerissen. Das Frühstücksangebot war okay. Es kommt auf den Kaffeeautomaten an, ob man einen guten oder schlechten Kaffee erwischt… Wenn das Hotel voll ist, ist es schwer dort oben einen Frühstücksplatz zu bekommen, dann wird außerdem die Luft sehr schlecht. Die Fensterspalte sind mit Silikon zugeschmiert und die Türen schließen nicht. Dort oben müsste dringend etwas am Gebäude gemacht werden. Der bauliche und optische Zustand des Frühstückssaal entspricht leider nicht dem Rest des Hotels.

A very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. The breakfast buffet is great and provides lot's of different options, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are rather large and fitted with air conditioners. I will definitely visit again.

Very wheelchair friendly with amazing room accommodations. Rollin shower best I’ve ever seen.

Hôtel très bien placé avec belles vues sur la ville et la Mer Noire. En revanche, aucun accueil digne d'un tel établissement. Personnel à l'accueil guère aimable et dont l'anglais est approximatif. A éviter si possible.

The location is absolutely great.all rooms have a balcony,which is a big plus.The view is just beautiful. Staff is really helpful.

Everything could have been perfect if carpets in room was cleaned, less perfume in public areas! Breakfast and wifi good, location perfect!

Extremely bad service - needed toilet paper but they told us they will give us later - safety box didn’t work - couldn’t find our booking - didn’t clean/remove used cups in room Would not recommend.

Look beyond the repair work the room was spacious fully equipped and had one of the most modern bathrooms I’ve seen with separate shower and bath This is going to bean amazing hotel very centrally located and plenty of independent car parks nearby at the moment till theirs is completely renovated
