Salle de bain complètement moisie, lit très inconfortable, accueil très médiocre.

Everythibg was perfect , the housekeepers clean our room daily, a lot of food in every meal , the location is perfect (directly on the beach ) , the pool was clean and perfect , the Area very quit and silent . The only thing that is not ok is the fact that they worked on mentanace of a room NexT to our room 2 days between 13-16 o clock wich I was unable to sleep , but I stayed at the pool ☺️ The staff amazing.

I would have preferred to have a cleaner room when I moved in. Also the room was not really accommodating partly because of the way the furniture was placed. Phones were not working and were not fixed even after many requests to fix them. The internet connection was awfully slow and not encrypted, you could not get the signal in your room either. The only way you could use it was by sitting in the foyer. However, many people used internet at the same time which made the internet traffic even slower. I had to go downstairs very late in the night to get some better speed. One also had to wait for elevators for a long time - it was not convenient. On the other hand, the staff was friendly, the food and drinks were good, the beach was close, the prices were not steep. I guess you get the value for money. I would still recommend another hotel even for a higher price.

Lovely stay in Albena resort in Bulgaria. Very present holiday, lots of thinks to do wont get bored, perfect sand.
