it was a nice stay, good hotel, tram station in front of the hotel and you're in the center within 10-15 minutes, some supermarkets nearby and the rooftop bar is really cool

Great place, although a bit of a hike into town. Clean, modern and inviting. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. The clean filtered water on each floor is a nice touch.

What a little oasis!! Staff, facilities, restaurant and bar were all excellent! The rooms are modern and comfortable (best night's sleep I've had in ages!). The area around the hotel is a little tired and one suspects undergoing a transformation, but don't let that put you off - this hotel is a gem! Special thanks to Mike and Nadezhda, but all the staff were welcoming and helpful. We will be back!!

Nice and modern hotel. I was disappointed that the pool was not open. It opens in June, but on the information leaflet in the room it says May, so this needs to be updated. Not the most central location, but a tram right outside, so easy to get around.

Stylisches Hotel mit angenehmen Betten. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, da dort Köche aus der angebundenen Kochschule ihre Kreativität freien Lauf lassen. Einziges Manko war das Frühstück, zwar guter Kaffe aber Auswahl eher sehr begrenzt.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Just do not expect much. Breakfast is very unorganized. 10 people in the kitchen looking eachother if you ask for something. Breakfast opens at 07:30 but it was not completely ready for 3 days in a row. When breakfast buffet opens then everything expected to be ready.
I wanted to dine at the same restaurant but waited for 45 mins just to receive salad. Inside the restaurant there were max 4 tables. I had to cancel my main dish. There was only 1 responsible guy at the restaurant that he was really good at communicating and with public relations. So thanks to this young man for his assistance.
