The bad was in badshape, the wooden bed slapes was broken, thin madrass, my balkony had two chairs that was broken, the balcony railing was cut in half. The housecleaner did not clean up properly, they advertise about a gym, but its a small room with some free weight that was old and in bad shape and dangerous, the food was okey but was little variety. But the staff itself was good and helpful, locations was super. Was not allot for kids to do there, the pool was also good.

I informed the hotel of my arrival time more than 24 hours in advance, but I never received a reply or any information that the hotel would be closed. When we arrived, we found the hotel completely dark and the entrance closed. We asked staff at nearby shops, and they confirmed that the hotel was not open. This was very shocking and frustrating, especially as it was already after 9:00 PM. Only at 9:18 PM did I receive an email informing me that the hotel was located at another property. By that point, we had already spent time trying to find out what was happening. What disappointed us most was the lack of communication. We had booked the room more than a month in advance, which gave the hotel plenty of time to provide the necessary information. Instead, we were left stranded late in the evening without any notice or guidance. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I believe the hotel should communicate important information to guests much earlier and more clearly.

Sogut wie keine Kommunikation möglich, weder in Englisch noch in Deutsch. Eintöniges Büfettessen und wenig getränkeauswahl. Das 4 sterne Hotel wäre in Deutschland höchstens 2 sterne. Einzig positive ist der Standort, fast im Zentrum von sunny beach.
