Ein willkommen-Mineralwaaser im Zimmer wäre nicht schlechte Idee

Meget slidt og ret beskidt. Beliggenheden var heller ikke god. De siger der er havudsigt, men havet er 3 km væk, med en by imellem, så du har udsigt til en stor travl rundkørsel og kan fra de højere etager lige skimte havet. Der er kun en lille elevator, og da 1. Etage af værelser faktisk ligger på 4. Etage, er det stort set alle der skal bruge elevatoren. Sengene var hårde og aircondition kunne ikke reguleres. Personalet var venlige.

The TV is too small. The AC does not cool enough

Die Klimaanlage würde central abgestellt. Keine Möglichkeit, dass der Kunde die Temperatur in seinem Zimmer selber regulieren kann. Da draussen gab es 20-22°C, I Zimmer tagsüber 28°C. Die s.g. "Black-out Vorhänge" nutzen nichts - ausser verdunkeln das Zimmer.

Hemskt, ingen ac, går inte att öppna fönstret i rummen, ingen bäddmadrass, smutsigt överallt. Skulle inte ens låta min värsta fiende bo här

No gym, staff not really friendly

Magnificent view. Nice and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast was included in the price. Highly recommend! :))

I arrive very late - at morning due to bus delay. I asked to stay to hour or two more than checkout hour. I dont get any answer. It was very disapointed. Maybe because staff was sleeping and tired.

No AC, no sea view, which I paid for.check in took 45 min. They said they couldn't find my reservation. Bed was hard and cheap.

The deluxe room/suites are very nice, with great views of the city and the Black Sea. The couch and bed were comfortable, there were bathrobes, slippers, and all the bathroom items you may have forgotten - Qtips, dental kit, shaving kit, etc. The carpet feels nice to walk on, the room was spacious, and TV had great selection of channels including several movie channels. HOWEVER, the AC was lacking and felt more like a fan, so it got warmer than i like it to be.

Old, run down, dirty and not worth 4 stars. Just a disapointment

Was good but I thought that is necessary to made repair of the rooms.

Nice hotel, good breakfast included. Parking was difficult as there were very few spots.

War alles top. Sehr guter Zustand und Personal. Sehr gute Lage und besonders gutes Essen. Kann ich nur empfählen.

Ristorante molto scadente. Menù fisso a prezzi esorbitanti. Accanto c'è un ristorante eccellente con personale cordialissimo. Il bar è a volte chiuso. Io lo sconsiglierei.

Prima volta in vita mia che ho soggiornato in una suite senza bollitore o macchina per il caffè. La struttura si è rifiutata di rilasciarmi un estratto conto dove si certificava che avevo saldato il soggiorno.
