Front desk was very helpful on directions to local sites & calling taxis. Room was good for a couple of nights. A continental breakfast is included & there was more choices than I would have expected. There is also an onsite res't for dinner, which we had one night. The service was very good & so was the food & the proportions were large. A 10-20 minute walk to attractions.

Really cute small hotel. If you extect the luxury and extras of the 4 and 5 star hotels, you won't find them here (and you are NOT being charged for these!:), but you will have all of the basics that will make your stay comfortable. Room was clean and cozy, staff was super friendly and helpful, wifi worked great, and mind, I was using VPN for work. Having the option to eat breakfast right at the hotel was also very convenient. The staff went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed.
The location was the best- right downtown, but tucked in one of the quiet small streets- so you are near everything (restaurants, shopping, theaters, concert hall, etc), yet you can enjoy peace and quiet when it is time to sleep.The hotel is near the NDK/National Palace of Culture metro stop, so fast, cheap and easy to get to from the airport, bus station and the train station. I highly recommend.

Stanza carina, pulita e relativamente spaziosa. Molto calda, cosa piacevole visto il clima gelido. Colazione varia e gustosa, personale cordiale e disponibile. Unica pecca, per cui non lascio le cinque stelle, le stanze non erano insonorizzate, per cui si sentiva ogni singolo colpo di tosse dei vicini.

La habitación está bien, cama y almohadas comodas. Habia un poco de olor a humedad lo único malo, pero enchufabas el extractor del baño y se iba. El servicio es muy amable, sobre todo el del bar donde se dan los desayunos. La ubicación está genial, cerca del centro y de los momumentos importantes. El desayuno está muy bien, sencillo pero todo muy rico.
