The location is excellent, near the major monuments, restaurants and parks. The check in was stressful, with the reception insisting that I had cancelled the rooms (I had cancelled one day out of three). It took us some time to correct the misunderstanding. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and quiet.

The hotel is, honestly, past its prime. However, given the exceptionally low price, one knows that going in. Given that, it was clean and comfortable and walkable to all of the major attractions in Sofia.

The rooms are very outdated Lobby is upgraded but all else is from back in the communist era Great location though

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist der große Pluspunkt des Hotels. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch eine Metrostation ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel wurde nur teilweise renoviert. Was renoviert wurde ist top, der Rest uralt. Wir haben uns zum Glück für ein renoviertes Zimmer entschieden, das würde ich auch jedem empfehlen, im Rest möchte ich nicht übernachten. Wie alt das Hotel wirklich ist, sieht man auch an der Hausfassade. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. Die absolute Katastrophe: das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist durchaus in Ordnung, jedoch sind ein Teil der Lebensmittel kaputt, da sie nicht gekühlt wurden. Beispielsweise war unser Butter bereits von undefinierter Konsistenz, das gekochte Ei hatte auch einen sehr komischen Geruch. Spiegeleier und English Breakfast sind komplett kalt. Auch der Rest überzeugt nicht wirklich: große Getränkekanister beim Buffet, alte Einrichtung im Speisesaal und unfreundliches Personal. Wir haben uns ab dem 2. Tag außerhalb ein Café zum Frühstücken gesucht. Empfehlung: Definitiv renoviertes Zimmer und kein Frühstück buchen!

Awful check in. Lobby packed when I arrived(coach party?) popped out for a beer and when I came back the single woman on the desk struggled to cope. WiFi in room was useless-I had to go down to the lobby to update email etc. Overall the condition of the room showed a need for complete refurbishment, which should include additional soundproofing.

MRT駅からも近く、観光地の万安価に存在し歩いて数分でまわれる位置にあります。部屋も問題なく、スタッフの対応も非常によくおすすめのホテルです。

We got a room on the 3rd floor Every part in there was outdated.Beds sheets were clean.Lobby looks ok.

Zimmer auf den ersten Blick modern. Auf den zweiten Blick viele Details kaputt. Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar, konnte aber nur direkt nach unten wegen. Eine andere Einstellung, wie Schwenken, war nicht möglich und kühlte daher das Zimmer deutlich langsamer runter. Das Bad ist sehr eng, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gering. Das Frühstuck findet in einem alten Saal mit Holzverkleidung statt - kein Vergleich zum durchdesignten Zimmer/Hotelflur. Das Frühstück selbst ist kein kontinentales Frühstück, eher lokal. Rührei und Spiegeleier sind jeden Tag kalt serviert. Kaffee OK. Alles Speisen sind ungekühlt, d.h. auch Wurst und Käse.

今回、立地の良さでは抜群に良買ったです。しかし、冷蔵庫は冷えないのでホテル側に伝えたが改善がなく、シーツも交換して伝えたが『３日間だけでしょっ、忙しいから』っと交換してくれず、使用したコップも言わないと交換してくれなかった、どうなってる🧹。　夜は夜で土曜日だったからか、若者の声がうるさくて熟睡出来ずでした‼️

El hotel es horrible, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que salen en internet, las habitaciones están viejísimas los armarios están desconchados la bañera se le ha ido hasta la pintura blanca y está por el centro toda gris. Sucio el cuarto de baño y el váter las sábanas, rotas y amarillas por mucho que sean limpias, estaban amarillas. El servicio de habitaciones pésimo venían hacer la cama y lo único que hacían era estirar las sábanas, luego pondré fotos de como quedaban y en tres días que hemos estado ni han limpiado el cuarto de baño ni han limpiado el suelo ni han limpiado nada. Yo me quejé a hoteles, llamé y les enviaron un email intentaron ponerse en contacto con el hotel también me he quejado en el hotel, pero me dijeron. Ah, es que es viejo y con eso me he quedado NO LO COJÁIS no lo recomiendo para nada, ha sido el peor hotel de toda mi vida. Mirad las fotos. Me siento engañada y estafada.

Nothing like before!!! Excellent location and experience! Staff is perfect! Lovely mixture of modern Scandinavian and old communistic style! Just adorable! Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel in walking distance to many Sofia attractions: cathedrals, palace/museum, art galleries, archaeological museum, etc. plus metro and bus/tram lines. We really enjoyed the adjoining Italian restaurant.
