The front desk is good. I like the room with balcony.

距離市區要走一小段路，但是到城堡就非常的近。 收費平價且對人溫暖，是個溫馨的旅舍。

It is really disappointing that the price reserved through Expedia is even higher than that of the walk-in price. The room provided is a very small room with a so-called "double bed". Will never choose this hotel again.

Excellent location. We had a big room with aircondition. The host was very nice and service minded. It made our stay in Veliko Tarnovo even better. We would love to go back.

I booked double bed room with terrace , but was introduced to a different one . No cable or satellite TV .

Great location. Booked two rooms, with a friend. But unfortunately there were a few amenities that were listed but not available. It was advertised as free on site parking but this was not the case. There was not on-site parking and parking is paid by SMS on the street. Also it was advertised as pet friendly with a fee but when we arrived were told this was not a pet friendly hotel. After a phone call to the owner my friend was allowed to stay with the dog but was told she had to stay in an old room. I suppose if you aren’t expecting those advertised amenities then your stay will be great.

Lovely Hotel. Great location for the old,historic part of Velico Tarnovo. Delightfull lady checked me in. Just can't fault it.

It was really a perfect and cozy stay. I came in late but the check in was well organized. later the host welcomed me in person. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, even an AC. I had a partial view of the city from the balcony. The hotel is very good located. The inner city is just around the corner and I coul reach everything by foot.

必要なものは全てあり、質素だが居心地よい。朝食も美味しい。心配事はホテルの人が相談に乗ってくれ、献身的にサポートしてくれた。お客のために、ここまで尽くしてくれたホテルはあまりないと思う。場所も旧市街の中心で、城まで気軽に歩いて行ける距離。

짐을 메고 찾아가기에는 좀 멀다. 다만 위치는 매우 좋다. 요새에서 걸어서 5~10분밖에 안걸린다는게 메리트. 버스 스테이션이나 역에서 하차한 경우 왠만하면 택시를 타길 추천한다. 서비스는 매우 만족. 내가 만약 영어를 더 잘했더라면 더욱 만족했을만한 서비스. 발코니라 해서 기대하진 말길 바란다. 방에서 보는 경치는 그다지 좋지 않았다. 물론 가격에 비해 매우 좋은 객실인것은 팩트. 이 가격에 이런 호텔 방은 흔치않다. 다시 들르게 된다면 난 여기 묵을 것이다.

Excellent in location and style. Staff very helpful. A place well worth a return visit.

Another very friendly family run hotel. Right in the heart of things. Lovely lady gave me all sorts of advice and the breakfast was delicious. Room was clean, WiFi was good and you could walk to all attractions and the main centre of town in under 10 minutes.

小規模なホテル、アットホームな感じが良かった。チェックインは2時から8時と注意書きにあったが、当日朝、1pm到着予定とメールしたら1時に待機して丁寧に対応してくれた。設備等はイマイチでも好感がもてた。

L’accueil était correcte ! Les installations hydrauliques et électriques ont été d’un niveau relativement improvisé.

Close to fortress and centre area. Good service and big breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Taxi to hotel from south bus station is cheap but walking is still distant.

Quaint little hotel, great staff, breakfast wasn't as good as most places but was alright , great value , close to everything, loved it nice balcony

立地は旧市街地の中心にありどの史跡に行くのも近く、便利でした。 スタッフはフレンドリーで好感が持てました。部屋は三ツ星ランク相応。 難を言えば、朝食は最低、エレベーター無し、部屋のテレビはブラウン管で映りが悪い。 総合的には立地条件優先で三ツ星が妥当と思う。
