Emplacement idéal, prise en charge à l'hôtel, personnel excellent pour nous accompagner à l'aéroport. Prix raisonnable avec petit-déjeuner inclus.

Check-in is very efficient. The reception staff is very kindly and helpful. The hotel provides free shuttle but to airport. And it also provides morning call. Compared with my previous experience in IBIS Bucharest, this Ibis is much better.

It's a hotel with simple, clear and close to airport! The room is ok and new; the reception can speak English well!

I walked to the hotel from Terminal 2 (about 20 minutes walk). The hotel is cozy, the rooms are basic and efficient. The staff is very friendly. The shuttle on the way back to the airport was very quick and convenient.

Unfortunately, we had difficulty locating the shuttle stop. The hotel must install guide signage around the airport and around the parking area. Yellow taxi cab drivers were providing different instructions to us. Some stated that the shuttle will be passing along the ramp. Some pointed in a different location. Airport staff were clueless. The hotel staff was great and welcoming. Thank you.

It seems it is outdated, definitely needs some work around the rooms, our room was clean, but walls had scuffs and it felt the room was wear out For the money we paid they can do some renovations or fresh them up. Maybe this is something that will be coming in the future? Convenient to the airport so that is big plus, and staff was very friendly and kind! Definitely if flying out of Sofia will be returning to them, shuttle was included for a transfer to airport.

This is a hotel near the airport for people who are finishing a trip and ready to travel the next morning. Therefore, there is no beautiful places around the hotel. But it is clean, quiet, and we got our shuttle on time the next morning. I would use it again if I am in Sofia for one night and have a flight early morning the next day.

Such a cute boutique hotel, loved the rock and roll theme and how well cared for the hotel is. The staff were very helpful and friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Breakfast buffet was excellent with more options than most. We had two dinners there and loved the shopska salad and potato wedges. They had a full bar and snacks available in the lobby as well as a fridge with soda or bottles of wine if you wanted one for your room. We’d planned to go out for dinner and to the nearest grocery store but the hotel had everything we needed! After a day of travel we were exhausted and very appreciative that we didn’t need to leave. The dining rooms and lobby were all super comfortable and clean. We worked from the lobby all day and loved the comfortable chairs and couches. The room we were in was small but exactly what we needed. This is the closest hotel to the airport (ten minutes) and offered a 24 hour shuttle, running every 20 minutes. The shuttle arrives promptly at 4 am to pick us up and the hotel even packed a breakfast for us—very thoughtful! One thing I absolutely loved was the water dispenser located on our floor that instantly delivered hot and cold filtered water and even sparkling as well. We didnt expect all of this from a small boutique airport hotel—this place was a little gem!

I checked in early (8 am) and was given a room. I was also offered free breakfast although I was not really entitled to that. Great service. Rooms are ok and the shuttle bus to the terminals started running very early. Good value for money.

Locality to airport

A very clean hotel with excellent staff. The most convenient location if you are flying out of SOF. I arrived earlier than the check in time but the friendly receptionist let me check in early. Highly recommend this hotel!
