This is the second time we stay at Lighthouse. My husband and I needed a bit of couple time and booked for 5 days. The hotel offers the perfect conditions for couples. Big spacious room with very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Balcony with a view to the sea and to the golf - the perfect combination of blue and green. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. There are four restaurants on the territory of the estate which can satisfy each taste. The bartenders managed to prepare our favorite latte the way we like it which gives the hotel an extra point.
This year the entire service team is from Bali - kind, humble and smiling people always ready to help.
If you are a massage fan, you should absolutely try the Bali massage.
The spa area is super nice with several types of saunas, steam bath and jacuzzis. The swimming pools are pretty big. The infinity pool outdoors is fantastic for swimming. We were lucky to have less visitors and had moments of swimming alone like in a private pool.
The beach is 10 minutes away with shuttle bus and the water is really clean.
There is parking in front of the hotel and we easily found a spot every time we came back after sightseeing or a restaurant. The area around the hotel is interesting to visit and there are good restaurants 10-20 min away by car. There are couple of gourmet restaurants with amazing views of the sea and the cliffs.
We had wonderful time at Lighthouse Golf & Spa and we will be back next year.

Personally, I have stayed in cleaner hotels for half the price. There was a spiderweb in the shower and also mold. When we entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes and the ash tray was filled with them. No we do not smoke. The spa was nice and so was the massage we booked. Would not recommend in the end.

Hotel is located away from the town. We came here by car. Parking is not free of charge. Recepniotist who met and cheked us in was not very polite, but all other staff were very friedly during our stay here. We liked size of the room and balkony with sea view. Bed is really comfortable. We prefer tea than coffe and we were surprised that we did not find tea bags in the room and elektric kettle. Instead of this there were only paid caffe capsules. Tv in in the room was rather small and old, not smart tv. We were disapionted of this too. But hotel ofers really good sauna zone and inndor swiming pool (pool outside was not open yet, but looked nice). Breakfast was also good and tasty. We liked to stay here.

Not what you’d expect from a 5* hotel. There were lots of hidden costs everywhere that were not described well on expedia or on the website. For example, to use the tennis courts for 1 hour cost 40 Lev (around £18), and this is only if you booked the court before 4, after this time was 60 Lev (£26), and renting rackets and balls were extra on top of this. Ridiculous. The golf was incredibly expensive and the pro shop staff were very rude and snobbish.
The reception staff were not polite and didn’t seem like they actually wanted to help.
However, the Asian staff in the restaurants, pool areas and cleaning teams were always extremely helpful, polite and happy - a stark constrast to other hotel staff.
The beach was very nice, but it is a 15 minute mini bus ride. To be able to go to the beach and use the hotels private area, you must book the beach before breakfast the day before you want to go… otherwise it was already fully booked and you couldn’t go.

Incredible hotel with golf and SPA. Perfect breakfast but rude personel in the restaurant area. I asked for empty plastic cup for water and was refused because i am not a all inclusive client. Ery good SPA but mold in the pool area, lifeguard not always on duty. Overall very nice stay

I recommend this hotel! Rooms and beds offer the highest comfort! Excellent buffet breakfast. Great value. Room is big, modern and clean. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, with excellent communication skills. The indoor swimming pool was large and warm. The spa center is wide, chic and offers all the amenities. It has two saunas, two jacuzzis, an adventure shower, a knee bench, a Turkish bath and a steam bath. The relaxation areas are pleasant and spacious. Thanks for the wonderful holiday. Until now we have visited the hotel only in the summer. We will be your guests again in the winter!

Very nice hotel , everything was excellent . Hotel was not crouwd , food was very good and every day was different ( I had all inclusive package ) . Very clean hotel , good service and staff .
Only suggestion is maybe you can improve little more the menu at beach which really a very good idea .

Great hotel and week staying experience marred only by owned beach team. 100 Bulgarian money (50 quids) for staying in the shade. And felt like they are jumping on my wallet at any possible occasion. Felt bad, offensive and totally unnecessary
100 Bulgarian money? Another 200 Bulgarian money will buy a flat around the corner!

We had a free upgrade with sea view. Nice friendly welcome and welcome drink. Staff were very helpful and polite. Really nice room, comfortable bed, chairs on balcony, everything was clean. It seemed a bit strange to have the toilet inside the shower cubicle but it was a large cubicle. Otherwise the room, balcony, view, mini bar were all great.
Our air con didn't work well. The door didn't lock from inside (but they never got around to fixing this). The outdoor pool is clean and really nice with a shallow section for children, plenty of lounges with comfy cushions, fresh watermelon was brought round to all the guests. Strangely, the surface around the pool is large, sharp-edged pebbles which hurt your feet, so we left our sandals close to the pool. Excellent breakfast- huge range of quality food. Ate at the ala carte restaurant-- lovely food (and quite good service until you want the bill)-- worth a visit. Water was Italian and expensive.
The shuttle to the beach is reliable and prompt on published schedule-- well-used so get there early to get a seat. The beach isn't that nice but it's clean and the water was lovely. Nice little bar on hole 9 of golf course. Bikes available to hire at hotel.
