Location very close to ski facilities and mountain tracks. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor relaxation area. The window view depends on the room.

Very nice hotel and near the lifts! We had a wonderful time and our room was big and comfortable!

הזמנו 2 חדרים בחדר 1 הייתה תינוקת כשהגענו לא הייתה מיטה עבורה.אמרו לנו שרק בבוקר תיהיה אפשרות לקבל מיטה. למחרת שמו מיטה שבורה ללא מזרן משהו לא ראוי לתינוק.הבחור מהקבלה נדהם ויחד איתו במשך 40 דק חיפשנו בכל הבניין מיטה כמו שצריך. ביום השלישי למשך כמעט 24 שעות הייתה תקלה ולא היו מים חמים והסקה כשבחוץ מינוס 8 מעלות.התקלחנו עם מים שחיממנו בקומקום כמו בימי הביניים.תשובות לא היו אפילו נאמר לנו שאולי יקח ימים עד שיתוקן.השרות על הפנים, לא אומרים לך שלום, לא מחייכים.המיטות מאוד לא נוחות וארוחת הבוקר עלובה ביותר.התחזוקה של המלון לא טובה.המיקום מעולה קרוב לגונדולה במרחק הליכה.באתר רשום שיש ניקיון וסידור החדר כל יום אבל בפועל זה לא קורה צריך לבקש מהקבלה ולהשאיר להם מפתח.לא ממליצה ☹

excellent room, very clean, very hot, great location

Gayet iyi bir tesis herşey çok güzeldi. Bansko güzel bir yer tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Very nice hotel with spacious room and big balcony, fully equipped kitchen with cooker and even an oven. Very close to the cable lift. Very kind staff, nice area. Everything is very nice. We were in studio B07, very good for the prize. I definitely recommend it.

Hotel was in a good location and provided a good service. A few faults were that some lights in hallways weren't working & the jacuzzi was not on for our stay despite paying extra for it. Check in and out was easy..

Was more spacious than we expected. Boot room staff are friendly and thoughtful, helping with ski boots and equipment (rental and storage). Easy to grab a cab to the slopes to avoid the dreaded gondol queues. A nice walk into town (downhill) at night for food and it’s only 4 leva for a taxi back from town if you’re feeling lazy.

Had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment which was comfortable, warm and inviting with its homely feel. Very spacious, with ample storage space. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection of food. Staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not in operation and seemed as if this would be the case for the season. Swimming pool was lovely, but quite deep for my daughter who was not proficient at swimming, so could not touch the bottom, which was unnerving for her. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family ski trip.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, there was a very nice pool and sauna which we used several times. There were a couple of things in the room that needed attention, both the plugs in the kitchen and bathroom did not work properly and the water would drain from them. The shower leaked a little so there was always water on the floor. Also the heater control in the main room was broken and we did report this to the desk. Overall the room was OK and we were very happy the location which was close to the Ski slopes and local amenities.

Good location just a short walk from the town and across from the bottom of the ski slops (to the gondola). The accommodation was clean, modern, of a good standard so is decent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful despite being a little over run particularly at breakfast time. The spa facility includes an indoor pool, sauna, and a room with a hot tub in, the hotel details indicate a fitness room but I was told this does not exist (despite the signs around the hotel). Treatments are available to book separately as well.

I Had a very pleasant stay. The room was a decent size and comfortable. It is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and the Gondola. The only problems I found was the shower leaked on the floor and you could hear people moving around the apartment above. But that didn’t ruin my stay. I think it was a Good room for a good price.

We stayed at the Mountain View Inn during the middle of February 2017. Check in was super easy (too easy, as it turned out later). We arrived late and were immediately given our room key and shown up to our room by the desk clerk. We have a two bedroom apartment. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. One bedroom had a queen sized bed, the other had two twins. In both rooms, the mattresses were hard...like concrete. The maintenance of the twin bedroom room was a little disappointing. The only lamp in the bedroom was an overhead light with three bulbs, all of them burned out. It took almost 24 hours and repeated requests to have bulbs installed. Similarly, the both lights in the bathroom where burned out. The swimming pool was popular with the guests. We did not have an opportunity to try it, but we did use the jacuzzi which was a bit of a disappointment. It is found in the basement in a windowless room. It is not super hot, very shallow and we struggled to get completely immersed. At checkout, the desk clerk/security guard had a book showing that we hadn't yet paid. When I took out a credit card to settle our bill, he had no idea how to run it through the machine. I ended up doing to myself. This was our first experience at Mountain View after staying elsewhere for the past 3 years. There is easy access to the ski road through a small trail in the woods across the street, the hotel is a a bit far from the action in town.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly and we had no issues. Our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, I think you had to ask for this service, a little odd being a hotel. The pillows were awful and when asking for another one each were told there was only one they could give us. This was small more like half a pillow, but was slightly better! For the price it wasn’t bad and would stay again, but be more persistent about cleaning and pillows!

Odalar sıcak ve ihtiyacınız olan herşey mevcut. Otopark yeterli. Gondola yakın. Duşta perde olduğundan tüm banyo su altında kalıyor. Jakuzinin olduğu bölge kokuyor. Kullanmak istemedik. Yataklar bize göre fazla yumuşaktı.

Idiotic REQUEST I don't have time for this You want evaluation of not

i was put into another hotel.the staff were hopeless.put breakfast out in morning before i arrived in dining room.it was cold.told them i wanted certain things only and they stuffed that up as well
