It was very good like every time(4 times in this hotel) , but the pillows was not good!

Odaları çok eski yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Kapımız kırıktı anahtara gerek olmadan itince açılıyordu. İyi bir oda tutmama rağmen manzarası açık otoparkı görüyordu. Oda da iki kez böcek öldürdük. Odamız luggage room karşısındaydı saat 7 de müthiş bir gürültü başlıyor ve ses yalıtımı denen bir şey yok. Oda genişti. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi.

Next to the Gondolla

Spent 4 nights at MPM Sport Hotel in February. The hotel has a great location next to the gondola and in the main street with resturants and bars. My room had a balcony with a view to the bottom of the ski road and I did not notice any noice from the outside. Good breakfast and nice spa area. Would defenitly reccomend this hotel to guests visiting Bansko.

when you come as a couple and get only one key for your room, room electricity, ski room, and your request for another key (plastic card) is rejected time after time the hotel is loosing lots of points for me. large but outdated rooms

Nice place. Seems to answer everything we needed

Nice hotel in good location. Our room was very large and overlooked the ski area. Breakfast was very extensive although the continental offering was better than the hot items. Spa area very good and reasonably priced treatments. Only negative was they tried to charge for parking which they did relent after some hassle but beware as Hotels.com state free parking but local policy is to charge.

Had a great time with my family. Nice and polite people in the front desk, dining room and cleaning service. Clise to supermarket, drug store, coffee shop and on the slopes!

Odalar büyük ve oda sıcaktı.Ama otel odasında 2 adet 0.50 lt su için çıkışta parasını istediler.Çıkışta minibarı kontrol için görevli gönderdiler.Bazı personeller kabaydı.Kahvaltıda çeşit boldu.Ama çay suyu sıcak değildi.Sallama çay bittiğinde yenisini getirmediler ve bize kalmadı diye cevap verdiler.Çay suyu ılık olduğundan biz odada su ısıtıcısında su ısıtıp termosa doldurup kendimiz çay yapıp kahvaltı salonuna götürdük.Eğer sıcak çay içmek isterseniz mutlaka yanınıza termosunuzu götürün.Çıkışta aracımızı otoparktan çıkarmak için resepsiyondan görevli istedik.Bize önce öıkış işlemi yapıldıktan sonra görevli vereceklerini sövlediler.Ama resepsiyon çok yoğun olduğundan biz aracı buraya getirip eşyalarımızı yerleştirelim diye ısrar edince o zaman görevli verdiler.(otel parasını girişte peşin ödemiştik sadece minibar için beklettiler ve 2 yarım litrelik suyun parasını da aldılar).

It is an amazing hotel, it’s our second time in the family suite and we love it. The food and staff and location is superb. The spa is great and the staff is wonderful. The only downside is related to room comfort. In the family room the shower by design doesn’t have a drain, instead the water are flowing towards the toilet where there’s a drain and so the room is flooded and u can’t take long showers after a skiing day. The bed is a bit too soft to our liking but the pillows especially needs to be much firmer, after a ski day it’s important to have good support for the back and neck

This is my second stay in this hotel. The location is excellent. It enables you to ski in after a hard day on the slopes. My only complaint would be that the weather was very bad and all our ski clothing was soaked through. There was nowhere to dry out our jackets and sellopettes, so was unable to ski the next day as our clothes were still wet. Saying that the weather had not improved so didn’t want to ski anyway. This is where the spa facilities came into action. Nice facilities with lots of treatments on offer at very reasonable prices.

Tv is very small, bads are not comfortable. Other things are fine

We stayed ground floor. Corridor of the rooms on that floor smells badly and there was no any fresh air. Barmaid should be more kind to all clients. Receptionist did not give us third room key but we paid for 3 persons and and stayed 3 person.

πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο , άνετα μεγάλα δωμάτια , καθαρά , πολύ καλό πρωινό σε μπουφέ , άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από τους συντελεστές του ξενοδοχείου και το κυριότερο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Bansko, δίπλα στην Γόνδολα, φοράς τα σκι και φεύγεις!!!

Great hotel for access to the gondola, close to the centre of town. Ski in ski out works well. Food decent and rooms comfortable

The hotel was very basic , reception area uncomfortable , no coffee making facilities in the rooms , TV didnt work at all , not a 4 star experience more 2 star Didnt find staff over friendly , wont stay there again
