The location was good, the pool ok, but sun loungers were very uncomfortable , no security , loungers taken by owners of apartments everyday by leaving towels, matteresses on them overnight and not using them for days, or use for 1 hour and hold everyday ? Should not be allowed hold loungers like this, if not at pool or restaurant they should be removed to allow others use. Seen guests having to sit on ground because of this. Never anyone at reception in Rainbow 2 .

I didnt like. Small room, generally did not like it. I expected more.

We stayed in the rainbow for 2 weeks. The staff were very unhelpful. We asked to purchase the Wi-Fi and extra kitchen equipment and were told multiple times to ‘come back later’, we never got either. For the first week our room was cleaned, by the second week the sheets weren’t being changed, the bed wasn’t being made and we weren’t receiving clean towels. Whenever we had a shower the bathroom flooded. At the end of our stay, we checked out at 12 but our flight was at 10pm, we asked would they hold the luggage and they refused. The hotel was located half way between Sunny Beach and Nessebar, taxis are 10lv each way. The hotel has 3 good swimming pools. The mini golf course was not maintained and not worth the 10lv each. Overall the hotel was unsatisfactory, the staff were rude and extremely unhelpful.

i booked into the rainbow 2 and found no one tat spoke english and as it was my first time in tat place i was a bit scared and the next morning i found i was not put in the rainbow 2 i was put in rainbow 1 which was a lower grade and bout half hour from the city cen and could not get answers as no one understood me
