天狼星 SPA 海滩酒店

Dejlig stor balkon med udsigt til stranden. Svømmepøler var lukkede. Der var IKKE en restaurant men en morgenmadsrestaurant som også var den eneste bar. Her var flot udsigt. Kaffemaskine gik tom, men blev ikke fyldt op. Hele stedet virkede nedslidt. Ingen lys på gangarealerne. Der var skimmel i badeværelset.

Great hotel with great view

This is the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at. It does not correspond to 4 stars at all, it doesn't deserve even 2 stars. The furniture is falling apart - the desk in the room was "repaired" with masking tape, the carpet is dirty, worn out, and stained. Rusty and dirty hardware in the bathroom, the room reeked of mold. The food offered in the "all inclusive" option was disgusting and served by their personnel, with huge long lines and ridiculously long wait time. I didn't eat any thing, didn't even have coffee because it was offered in plastic cups for water that are not safe for hot drinks. Paid for 2 nights, left after the first one because of the horrible conditions. Complained at reception and was told that they couldn't offer any compensation. Don't make the mistake of staying at this hotel - it is literally falling apart, zero maintenance since the day it was built. This is not just my experience, you can read other reviews on other sites and then see how the hotel responded to those - by attacking the guest and blaming them, claiming they never stayed there even though the reviews are verified, etc. Totally unprofessional and tells you exactly what you can expect from this hotel.

It is a very nice hotel, the room is very spacious. We were little bit dissatisfied about restaurant because the food was served by staff and they didn’t have enough staff, all the time was queue. We enjoyed every night the entertainment.

Ich bin auf die Sterne reingefallen! Miserable Zustand! Unfreundliche Personal! Sehr schmuddelig und das in die Corona Zeit!! Einzig gut war der Ansicht auf das Meer!

Hôtel vétuste, même si la nourriture était correcte aucune originalité, nous avons mangé 15 jours la même chose. Le ménage laissait à désirer. Pas d'amabilité de la part du personnel, pas de conseil ! Accès domaine SPA, rien d'ouvert à part la piscine d'eau chaude, pas de sauna, hammam en fonctionnement.

Super Lage direkt am Strand, Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit

Positiv ist das hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Negativ ist das hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Uns hat das Hotel mit seiner tollen Lage am Strand sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal verdient großes Lob. Danke dafür.

Super Lage,direkt am Meer,deutsches Fernsehen,aber das Haus ist komplett abgerockt,wenn man die bulgarische Art Urlaub zu machen kennenlernen will,ist man hier richtig.

Location by the sea is good! The property needs a lot of repairs, remodeling , bad curtains, floor tiles broken, old bathroom tubs,etc

מלון ישן על בסיס הכל כלול. רמת ניקיון גרועה. סדינים מלוכלכים. חדר אוכל לא הגייני שוטפים כוסות במים בלי סבון ומגישים לאורחים. אוכל ברמה ירודה . חדר אוכל מלוכלך ללא שום שמירה על היגיינה . אין מנהלים שאפשר להתלונן על המצב . האזור מתאים לזוגות מאוד מבוגרים המחפשים בטן גב. רחוק מורנה רחוק מחולות הזהב המלא באטרקציות.לא מומלץ.

Kom till hotellet mitt i natten via hotellets transfer som fungerade bra.Rummet var rent och fint! Fanns mackor och dricka till oss på rummet när vi kom!! Fin gest! Fantastisk balkong med havsutsikt! Maten var ingen höjdare ! Samma frukost dagl kall stekta korvar! Var mar serverades dagligen kall! Stor besvikelse ! Hoppas de jobbar på att hålla varm mat varm! Nära till stranden med gratis solstolar!

Superlage, schöne Terrasse auf dem Dach. Restaurant verfügt auch eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Was nicht so gut war: Eine große Baustelle in der Nähe. Gute Busverbindung nach Varna
