A very nice hotel, clean and warm. Most of the stuff were polite and ready to help you out. Nice location with available parking. A little weak WIFI but in general value for money.

The only reason why I wouldn’t give it 10/10 but rather 9/10 is the leaking shower cabin, but this seems to be an issue with pretty much every hotel I have stayed at in Bulgaria. It’s just the workmanship in Bulgaria is so poor, so i wouldn’t blame the hotel.
The receptionist was extremely kind, which is not what you usually get in Bulgaria. Combine this with great breakfast and breathtaking nature, and you are guaranteed awesome experience.

New, good looking hotel with modern rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast and diner are not extremely various but tasty. We came by car so during the weekends we faced parking issues. Close to the slopes (150m) to the slope no.7.
