This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage.
In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to serve you during the breakfast time at the restaurant until you asked them to.

Very attentive staff, always stand and greet you when you are going out or coming back to hotel. Always helpful.
The environment is very peaceful and nice, the room design is trendy and tidy. Very large and comfy bed.
The driver and tourist guide contracted by the hotel is of good quality too, they contributed a lot to my nice trip there. However, spa and food are a bit pricey. But complimentary breakfast is very nice, with western and Khmer style.

(1)有一天要去小吳哥睇日出，酒店職員知道我們將要一早出發，沒有時間回來吃早餐，便主動建議為我們準備早餐籃，讓我們可以邊看日出邊吃早餐。
(2)在泳池遊水上水後會主動奉上生果串和冰水
(3)最後一天我們CHECK OUT 後先到市區吃午飯，及後才回來拿行李上機，回來後他們主動問我們想不想再洗一次澡，之後開了做SPA 那裡的浴室予我們沖乾淨涼才上路，分文不收，在炎熱的柬埔寨可說是一份非常貼心的禮物
再者，酒店和房間的環境都非常舒適，WIFI 也很順，強烈推薦。
酒店的早餐味道不錯，而且用即點即煮的方式(ALL YOU CAN EAT)，有西式或高綿食物可供選擇，可以減少浪費，這點亦非常欣賞。

I am very pleased by this new boutique resort hotel. Rooms are well designed and furnished. We both love the individual swimming pool for our room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service at our first night here. Food was surprisingly very delicious. I am a frequent traveller and have been to many places in the world. This is one of the best hotels I have ever seen during my vacations.

这家酒店给我们的印象相当深刻，唯一的缺点就是比较偏远，很多tutu车不知道怎么去。这是一家非常棒的酒店，在暹粒可算是数一数二的五星级酒店，不过就是有点养在深闺人未识的感觉，客人很少，很多时候有包场的感觉，特别是吃早餐的时候，不是自助的，而是set，一道一道上，我们选了室外的位置，悠闲惬意的吃了两个小时，才觉得不辜负这良辰美景。酒店虽然占地不大，但绝对是精品，一进一出会有中恍如隔世的感觉，彷如置身于与世隔绝的雅士仙居。

The service at this resort was possibly the best we've experienced. From the moment our driver picked us up we were greeted with snacks, drinks and excellent service. This extended to the spa treatment upon arrival and our beautiful room. The dining service and food was outstanding. We felt the staff got to know us and provided excellent service catered to our individual needs. Thank you!

Everything at this hotel is at least twice more expensive than other five-star hotels in the city. The location is terrible. Offended by predatory pricing of this hotel. It charges $5 for each tuk-tuk ride. Download Grab app and anyone can easily see how much it should cost. In addition, the hotel interior looks dilapidated. The interior really needs a facelift. I used to enjoy Anatara resorts. But this one is really a disappointment. Staff are really nice. Management needs to figure out a better strategy to sustain its business.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and very good restaurants.
Unfortunately its location is a bit far away from old market, the staff was a bit too heavy asking every time what are our plans and trying to arrange some activities/transportation for us whereas we don’t ask for anything. Lastly, we found it way too expensive regarding the quality/price ratio you can find elsewhere in the city.

The service team are professional, respectful and helpful. They care about your experience at any time during your stay. They provide service detailedly. The service team is well trained and they really understand how important to make guests get good experience. Actually what they did has exceeded my expectations.It is the first time that I feel so hard to say goodbye. This is the first time I stay in Anantara and they has made me a loyal customer already. I travelled alone this time.I really look forward to coming back soon with my families in the near future . I miss my old friends in this hotel.
