非常棒的一家residence，环境安静整洁，距离市中心步行仅需十分钟。服务人员都非常友善和乐意帮忙，非常棒。下次还会来住这边。

The staffs are very nice, room is clean and big , we had great time there !

The hotel staff is nice, the room is good, breakfast is not bad. & I have upgraded to a bigger room. Just one incident, the 1st day when I arrived, suppose there's shuttle bus pick me up. However, I walked around the whole airport for a few times, no one holds my name card. I decided to send a message to the hotel, on the other hand, I asked 'sim card sales' for help. They helped to call the hotel and the hotel say sorry and asked me to wait for 15 mins more. Finally, I waited there for 45 mins. Honestly, I feel a bit disappointed. They explained that the previous client urges them to bring them to hotel so that's why I waited so long. Other than this, the hotel is good, value for money. On the last day, I tried the massage there! It's nice too.

近市區，可以步行到市集。職員經驗不足。早餐不能準時開始，令行程耽誤。

酒店舒適，環境寧靜，酒店員工態度有善且熱心幫助遊客。房間超級大，冷氣也很夠。

居住環境很舒適，員工態度很友善，很多事都主動幫忙，非常好的居住體驗

Easy place to stay right in the center. Staff is very nice too!

Location was great, lots of dining options very nearby. Bagel shop and French bakery right around the corner for western breakfasts, lots of different restaurants for dinner. Staff helped arrange a tour and guide for Angkor Wat at a very reasonable price. Came in off season and the hotel is next to a school but was very quiet in the evening/night. Room was very big with nice balcony overlooking pool. Stayed with my partner and two young kids, everyone liked it.

The staff are very helpful and kind, and the hotel is centrally located. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a large open shower and comfortable beds.
