I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them about that issue and they reply their laundry is not ready and they are unable to gimme one. That's unbelivable. Other that that, the breakfast and dinner we order is just eatable, but in Cambodia it is not too bad. However, the receptionist are really smart and able to address customer need. I really appreciate her!

All staff are nice and friendly, especially Mason and SopaL, it was a excellent experience to live in this hotel The only problem is the location, we must rely on transportation wherever we go

飯店距離機場很近，而且有免費的機場接送服務，外出需要乘坐Turtur car飯店也會協助安排。 服務員很可愛也很熱情 很完整的介紹飯店與附近的餐館推薦地點。 房間很寬敞舒適 每天的幫忙打掃的很乾淨；游泳池 很乾淨但是因為天氣太熱了 所以水是溫涼的。 整體來說 很棒 下次去一定還會再次入住

Great service with kind staff. Free pick up from airport to hotel. Close to the airport. Discount tuk tuk fee to the city center. Great and relaxing view of swimming pool. Everything is fine. Except the door lock is a little bit hard to open.

住宿整體都十分好,只是早餐太小的選擇，如果可以多些品種就完美，可能因為酒店價錢比較大眾化,所以出現這種問題，如果早餐收費，相信去旅行的人仕都樂意食一個豐富的早餐。 另外值得一讚,酒店的工作人員都十分好¤¤｡｡｡

本來對這間酒店印象不太好, 因為位置離市中心有些遠,,雖然有酒店有提供免費車到市中心,,但酒店免費車的時間很疏落..但他們有免費車來回機場接部,,而且這間酒店的服務真的很好! 房間很大,,游泳池亦很美,,他們亦很樂意幫助你解決問題!!

職員親切和有禮貌， 總會主動幫忙並盡力滿足客人的需要，十分欣賞！另外╴酒店有提供免費tuk tuk到市中心和免費機場來回接送服務，讚！

服務人員非常有禮貌,有求必應。會主動介紹景點，酒店亦提供免費接送服務到Pub street, 非常方便。Alex笑容很親切,我們都很喜歡他：）

Me and my friend stayed at the President Suite for 1 night as our last day in Siem Reap and it was not a pleasant stay. First of all, the location of the hotel is really far from the city. It's like 20 mins of tuk tuk, but luckily the hotel do provide free tuk tuk service until 8:30pm. It took us too much waste of time to commute from the city to the hotel. Also, the hotel didn't send us tuk tuk as agreed time. We had to take tuk tuk by ourselves, which costed 5USD, and the tuk tuk driver told us the hotel would pay us back. However, when we got there and the hotel wasn't willing to pay for our fee, even though their tuk tuk didn't show up (plus we had to catch our flight next so we just waited for 15 mins, long enough though!). We were very disappointed to the unsatisfactory service of the hotel. And please do not trust the tuk tuk drivers that the hotel would pay us the fee back! Moreover, the hotel is kind of old and small. The AC in our room is not sufficient. The light is not stable too. For the bath tub, the tap is too small which took us more than hour to fill the bath tub up. And black stains came off when we tried to wipe it with towel. But the staff said it's normal so ... The countryside view is poor. What a waste of the big windows... Sorry but honestly I would not recommend this hotel... There're a lot more better ones in the city where we stayed for the first few nights.

干净，舒适，安静，房间特别宽敞，带有阳台，早餐也不错。 酒店服务很好，免费接送机，每天提供免费TUTU往返暹粒。 离吴哥窟较远，如果想租电动车去逛吴哥，恐怕不太适合。

房間很大，床很舒適，早餐款式太小，而且填補慢...

房間寬敞舒適，泳池極佳，雖位處偏僻，有酒店提供免費tuk tuk 機場接送及出入旺區，唯tuk tuk 經常不準時，接機當日等了近半小時，沒有當地電話聯絡令人㥬惶！

I'm travelling solo from Hong Kong and i'm glad that I chose such nice hotel during my trip. Staffs here are really friendly and polite. They always fulfill customer's request with nice attitude. Room is large enough and staff will clean it regularly. I stayed here for 7 nights and the experience here definitely become one of the best part of my trip in Siem Reap. Thanks for hosting and will surely be back again:)

價錢便宜，靠近機場，有免費機場接送 只需提早email就可以，離市中心較遠，15分鐘左右，有免費tuktuk送我們去pub street和night market，房間設備尚可，早餐也不錯，酒店幫我們安排day tour參觀吳哥窟，我們想要Chinese tour guide也幫我們找到了，很好!! 酒店員工也很有禮貌，主動幫助 very nice

與照片一樣，TUKTUK包出市區，往返也很方便，住得很舒服，有機會再到會再入住這家酒店，STAFF服務態度很好 地段不錯，偏向舒服，
