On my last day had a electrical problem, burned out the light and no power for 45 minutes,

The environment is absolutely great. There's plenty of scenery and privacy. For families, they have a little playground for the kids. The pool is a bit deep but there's actually a more shallow pool attached, so that's great for the kids. The food we had was also good. When we wanted to go into town, they arranged a tuktuk at a good price and we could tell him to come back for us. Twice we were in town and wanted to go back, so we called the hotel and they sent the tuktuk driver for us. It was very convenient. The reason I didn't give the higher rating is 2 minor things. 1) there was an odor that came from the sewage line at times. Of course, we noticed it more when first entering the bungalow. It seemed to come from the underground pipes into the shower drain. It was not a big enough problem to prevent our return or ruin our trip, but I'm just fully disclosing. We were in unit #4. 2) The aircon did not blow very cold. Since it rained most of our trip, it wasn't a big problem, but on hotter days, it would be a problem, especially for my hubby and at bed time.

Lovely resort, very peaceful, great staff and lovely surroundings, but access was a difficult walk.

Stay was ok. There is no in room safe, which I always look for, however we were given 15% off food and drink, depending who we paid. The chalet could have done with the floors having a good clean, it seemed only towels and bed sheets were changed. Not all food on the menu was available. On 2 occasions when we went to order food we were ignored by staff to they finished on their phones. At checkout I had to point out costs on the menu as the member of staff was unable to work it out. We had to leave at 7.15am and I asked could we order boiled eggs to take with us, (breakfast was included in our price) only to be told breakfast starts at 7.30am, even though water was being boiled to make another guest coffee.

A beautiful property at the foot of a mountain & with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Thailand

Arrived quite late in the day & the lovely staff were happy to cook up a great pizza for us (pizza & bread cooked from scratch on-site) & facilitated a quick check-in. Room was clean & spacious, as was the bathroom, with a decent shower (small with limited hot water - as to be expected in Kep.) Room features a nice patio with seating & a comfortable hammock. Air-conditioner in the room is very good - only issue when a storm knocked out the electricity one night, but obviously no fault of the hotel. Rooms are a little aged but well maintained. Breakfast offering was great & very reasonable price - $5 USD for coffee/tea, juice, fruit, & various choices consisting of eggs/fresh bread/bacon/sausages/muesli/yoghurt etc Grounds are well maintained & very pretty with lots of different flowers. Small pool is nice for a quick dip. Awesome staff who organised tuk tuks, affordable laundry, bus & boat tickets & anything else that was required. Very close to Crab Market & restaurant offerings, & a quick tuk tuk ride to the beach side of Kep. Atmaland is a good option if you are spending time in Kep.

Schöne Unterkunft mit nettem und hilfbereitem Personal. Schöner Pool (nicht groß, aber ausreichend), schöne Bepflanzung im "Garten" und gutes Essen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es kaum etwas, aber zum entspannen am Pool eine gute Wahl. Außerdem ist der Nationalpark in der Nähe.

Very peacefu locatin l and the staff were great no fuss at check in or motorcycle hire

Lovely clean, good sized bungalow. Great air con and hot water. Our fan broke whilst we were staying and the staff went out of their way to solve the problem and fixed it on the same day. Pool was clean and lovely to relax around. Food was excellent, freshly cooked and great Khmer and western choices. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Organizing buses and tuk tuks for everyone. We would really recommend staying here. Kep beach on the other hand is not worth the walk. It’s dirty and covered in plastic. Avoid and stick to the national park, crab market, sailing club and relaxing at Atmaland. Might be worth mentioning that you are on the edge of the National Park so expect to share your bungalow with big bugs and big spiders! The cats will happily chase them away in the restaurant though!

2泊の予約だったのに1泊目の空き部屋がないと言われました。急遽違う宿に行きました。差額はどうなるのかと思いましたが、次回来たときにディスカウントしますと言われました。スタッフ、設備、ご飯など満足でした。また来たいと思います。

Le lieu magnifique, la tranquillité, le personnel, la piscine, la proximité avec le centre tout en ayant l’impression d’etre en campagne. Rien à dire sauf que c’est extra

This hotel was even better than it looked online. The bungalow was very roomy, with a large bathroom and shower. The property is beautifully landscaped and very clean. There was a fan on the front porch, so we kept cool while swinging in the hammock or just reading. There were many options for breakfast; everything we tried was delicious. The home made popsicles were excellent, and everyone was very friendly.

Relax on the porch of your comfortable bungalow in the foothills of Kep National Park. A welcome place with pool, quiet, and the crab market only a ten minute walk away. We could have stayed longer.
