The staff is very nice, and the rooms look about as advertised. However, it's pretty noisy, there was loud music until about midnight every night, and the AC takes 30 minutes to an hour to cool down the room. Great for the budget, but there are many better options for not much more cost.

A great place to stay for visiting Angkor Wat and the other Khmer ruins near Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly, and I would like to extend my thanks to Vanna especially for going the extra mile in arranging cycle hire!

The property off the street provides the quietness and peaceful stay. The quality and price are rightly valued.

Good budget hotel

Nice little budget friendly place. Internet was very spotty. It felt like I was using dialup again. Hard to communicate with staff at times but they are helpful. No restaurant but there a plenty of options nearby.

It’s a lovely little hotel full of south East Asian quirks and charm. It’s a little set back from the main areas and the nightlife and the streets around there aren’t great but it’s clean, friendly and good value.

Good hotel for the price range. Pool great. Convenient to access everything. Quiet and safe. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was a winner - recommend the eggs Benedict and the waffles. Our son loved the fried rice

Chheng Residence is a nice and relaxing hotel located in a rather calm and safe area just outside the city centre with ten minutes walking distance to the pub street. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They offer tours to the temple area and other places with own tuk-tuk drivers to a good price. They also provide free pick up at the airport. My room was clean and nice and had everything I needed. The pool area is relaxing. The breakfast is good, there are options for both Asian as well as western people.

It was the best. Just like being at home. Nice big bedroom, beautiful people, made my birthday 🎁 So special. Breakfast was great!!! You can’t go wrong by staying here.

They have these deep bathtubs that fit 2 people nicely and water that is actually quite hot. The breakfast was good (fresh ground coffee) The room was very quiet, the AC worked well. The bed is a "typical Asian" bed (harder than most westerners like) but still quite comfortable. Sheets were a good weight and clean. There are no elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage tell them to book you the first floor (but they will carry your luggage too). Also, the tuktuk driver will pick you up from the airport or take you there one time FREE. Overall, very good value. Learn a little Khmer before you come, people are so excited when you can say a few things in the language here.

Great stay in Chheng Residence. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful as well. The staff Bunroth is very proactive in assisting us. Food in the restaurant is very good.

This small hotel is an amazing place to stay while visiting Angkor area. It’s super clean and quiet, within walking distance to the Pub Street. A super market is nearby and has everything you might need. All the hotel staff are super friendly. The free breakfast is beyond our expectations, with so many choices you can order and cook fresh for you. And they also provide all kinds of tours with reasonable prices. We stayed here for seven day and wished we could stay longer!

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and nice pool area. Very comfortable, clean and great location for main markets, restaurants and bars. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast too! Gym could do with some weights etc, but not exactly a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Chheng Residence! Super nice and big rooms, amazing pool area, friendliest staff, security all night to watch our rented bikes and feel safe. Food for breakfast was very good! Best hotel we have stayed at all trip, esp for the price we paid. Only downfall is we were not able to get hot water for showers, but it was not a big deal and LOVED it there still.

Clean room and great Breakfast.

Had a great 3 night stay in the family room travelling as a group of three friends. Firm beds, quiet and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. We had stairs to our first floor room and a step up to the the bathroom (seems to be a standard thing in Cambodia). Breakfast had a wide range of made-to-order options, both Khmer and Western choices. Pool is mostly out of the sun and refreshing. Easy walking distance to markets and Pub St.

Amazing stay in this property! Staff are super friendly, they even sang us happy birthday! Really warms my heart :)
